Apology

I would like to express my apologies for my country Switzerland. The country where I was born; I was always proud to be a swiss. The Swiss invented the "Red Cross", Switzerland was intitiating the Geneva Convention, Switzerland is one of the oldest democracy on this planet (1291 ad.).
I was also trusting in swiss authorities and institutions. This trust has been severely damaged. Once again, I ask for apology for the dubious role Switzerland in the "Lockerbie-Affair", has assumed in the whole tragedy (direct victims as well as "collataral damage" to the disadvantage of the great Libyan Nation).

Which state secret service has a motive and is interested in it, for not open the 'PII' until today; thereby Libya for the PanAm 103 Tragedy can not dismiss from the responsibility?

Opens the document under National Security (PII) and begins with the investigations in the real case of Lockerbie…

Please see the Affidavit (Official Certification) from 18th July, 2007, from Eng. Ulrich Lumpert.

The second part of the chronology:
"The Fraud of the MST-13 (PT-35) fragment" is
 ready

21th of November, 2009

The first part of the chronology from a convincing study about the fraud of the MST-13 timer fragment (PT-35) for the last "non-believers", is ready

1st of November, 2009

A convincing study on the fraud of the PT-35 (MST-13 timer fragment) for the last "non-believers".

The confrontation between the regular chronology (1989 to 2000) of the MST-13 timer circuit Board (prototype), supposedly discovered in Lockerbie, and the fake and manipulated chronology (1989 to 2000) of the PT-35 (MST-13) Circuit Board, from the expert Tom Thurman (FBI), United States, Thomas Heyes, and Allen Feraday, both from (RARDE) UK and from some person from Scottish Police, is in work in process and will shortly be published.

Some of the Scottish Officials are the true criminals in the Lockerbie Affair are responsible for manipulating evidence in the Lockerbie Affair and are still protected by the Scottish Justice ! (They are not involved in the PanAm 103 bombing, but responsible for the conspiracy against Libya).

Notices the words from ex FBI Task Force chief Richard Marquise for those it applies: If someone manipulated evidence, if somebody didn't invesitgate something that should have been investigated, if somebody twisted it to fit up up Megrahi, or Fimah or Libya, then that person will go to jail. I mean that sincerely, that person should be prosecuted for that!

Britain Police reopen Lockerbie bombing case

Scottish police say they are investigating new lines of inquiry in the 1988 Lockerbie bombing case. Detectives have relaunched investigations into the details surrounding the Pan Am 103 bombing, like the manipulated MST-13 Timerfragment (PT-35).

Lockerbie: the truth is finally coming out...

Slowly Pandora's box is opening and it becomes obvious that British and US secret services were actively participating in involving Libya and its official, Mr Abdelbaset Al-Megrahi, into the Lockerbie tragedy!

Michael Meacher's blog says:

+++
What the legal documents reveal is that the key prosecution witness, Tony Gauci, a Maltese shopkeeper, and his brother had been secretly given rewards of $3 million in a deal discussed by Scottish detectives and the US Government. Gauci had given the crucial evidence at the trial declaring that Megrahi had bought clothes later used in the suitcase that allegedly contained the Lockerbie bomb. No other evidence connected Megrahi to the bomb.

Now for the first time these latest documents disclose that in 1989 the FBI told the Scottish police that they wanted to offer Tony Gauci "unlimited money" and $10,000 straightaway. The US Justice Department was also asked to pay a further £1 million to Gauci's brother who did not give evidence, but halped to identify the clothing and to "maintain the resolve of his brother". The implications of these revelations are sensational.

These secret payments were brought to light by the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission, with many references contained in the private diaries of the detectives involved, though not in their official notebooks. Other highly relevant evidence is made known for the first time by these documents. They disclose that in 23 police interviews before the trial Gauci gave contradictory evidence about the person buying the clothes, his age, appearance, and the date of purchase.
+++

SCCRC: "Malta material", concerning miscarriage of justice:
  • Extract from DCI Bell Diary (HOLMES version) (28/9/1989) [SCCRC Appendix: chapter 23/3] which indicates that on 28th September 1989 the FBI discussed with the Scottish Police an offer of unlimited money to Tony Gauci, with $10,000 being available immediately.

  • Memo from DCI Bell to DSIO Gilchrist (21/2/1991). Message M2616 from DSIO Gilchrist to DCI Bell (21/2/1991) The above memo was sent in response to this message, instructing Bell to report whether Gauci had been approached re inclusion in US witness protection programme.

  • Letter from SIO to Maltese police security branch (18/8/1999). Advises that Paul & Tony Gauci have now been accepted onto the witness protection programme and gives details of (Strathclyde police) contact officer.

  • Further Letter re Application for Reward (19/4/2002, SCCRC). - $ 2mio for witness no. 595, Tony Gauci and $ 1mio for witness no. 598, Paul Gauci...

The sheer mockery:
FBI Task Force Chief Richard Marquise answered Gideon Levy's question: R.M.: I can tell you that now money was paid to any witness, any witness prior to the trial. No promise of money was made to any witness prior to the trial. G.L.: And was there paid any money after he trial? R.M.: I'm not gonna answer that...

MEBO's 100% evidence: The sale of clothes took demonstrably place on
23rd of November 1988. Mr Megrahi was not in MALTA at this date! All other evidence can be neglected... The sales date accepted by the judges - 7th of December 1988 - is definitely wrong! See MEBO document no. 498 and Eng. Lumpert's Affidavit about the crucial MST-13 circuit board, on our website.

A goal: that open the document under National Security! More classified material is published soon.

Is the dropping of the successful promising "Lockerbie appeal invalid and must be set back to the status from 19/20 August, 2009?

Professor Dr. Hans Koechler, UN Observer during "Lockerbie trial" held in Kamp van Zeist points out a servere error, which was not happening for the first time:

According to Scottish law, it is
NOT necessary that a convicted shall with drawal his demand for reappeal in order to profit from a so called "compassionate release". Such with drawal would have been necessary only, if Mr Adelbaset Al Megrahi would have been returned to his home country on the basis of the agreement between Libya and Great Britain referring to the mutual transfer of prisoners.

It lacks of any reason, that Mr Megrahi has abandoned his right, that the reappeal-procedure shall continue also in the case of his sudden death. It is well possible, that Mr Megrahi was not informed/consulted correctly during his stay in prison. There is a vital danger, that this fatal error will deeply influence the jurisdiction in the case in question.

Professor Dr Koechler explained to me personaly, that it is a generaly accepted principle of right, that such decision is only valid, wehn this desicion has been made in full liberty. Professor Koechler has furthermore immediately after the desicion of with drawal was made public asked, that all circumstances, which have lead to this desicion must be 100% cleared-including the role, which was "played" by his (Megrahi's) defense-team!

MEBO states the following: The publication of Mr Megrahi's appeal-documents on his internet-webpage for the sake of clearing his name is a clear indice, that the "dropping" of his appeal was NOT based on his free will:

Why so? / Possible answers

1. Mr Megrahi was not protected to absolutely avoid a legally wrong decision by the present lawyer Tony Kelly;

2. Mr Megrahi was possibly set under drugs which resulted in the fact, that his medical ability was out of control;

3. Mr Megrahi was intentionable wrongfully informed about his legal possibilities ;

4. Mr Megrahi was blackmailed by facts, which have nothing to do with the PanAm 103 attack and were clearly aimed do drop the appeal;

5. It would have been the clear duty of the Lord Advocates at the appeal court in Edinburgh, to learn Mr Megrahi, that a dropping of the appeal-issue would not influence the 'compassionate release'!

°°°
In a TV interview with Al Jazeera, Libyan Leader Muammar Gaddafi has denied any deal was done to secure the release of the only man, Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, convicted of the Lockerbie bombing and this problem ended.
He said also: "It is not possible anymore to talk about clearing Libya or not Mr. Megrahi was the only person who had the right to appeal to the European Court, but as I said because of his illness and release it seems that there is no need for an appeal".

In a other interview: With regard to Lockerbie case, Leader Gaddafi said that Libya has not accepted culpability, and only took responsibility for the actions of its citizens. "We never acknowledged any guilt ... and Libya was never indicted in any court as responsible!"

MEBO states that the Leader of Libya Mr Gaddafi was intentionable wrong informed by his Scottish solicitors!

Firstly, Mr Megrahi would not have been forced in this moment in time to apply the European Court, since the dropping of his appeal, and if this would be the fact, the High Court in Edinburgh would fully remain in duty.

Mr Abdelbaset Al Megrahi personaly, his family, the Libyan People, the families of the victims of PA 103 and any person and/or organization, who suffered either morally or financially, like MEBO, from this tragedy are definitely asking for a true, rightful and final decision of the second appeal on the High Court in Edinburgh!

We ask Mr Al Megrahi to use his good and guaranteed right with draw the wrongful dropping of his appeal, stating a declaration dated from 19/20 August, 2009 which should be formulated and substantiated by his Libyan lawer and then immediadely submitted to the Scottish Justiciary in Edinburgh!

In order to restaurate the prestige and the honour of Libya and the whole Libyan People we again ask the respective unknown government (possible Switzerland or Germany) which has delivered to the United Kingdom, on September 13, 1996, a document under 'National Security' (PII), please give to Justice Secretary MacAskill the granted permission for opening PII for exoneration Libya's and public interests.

If Megrahi not make use of its right and will take back the dropping of his appeal -- the internationally media and the victim families of PA-103 will say -- the Megrahi's transfair was definitive dependent from a BP oil deal between UK and Libya...

Scottish police officers took an active role in the MST-13 timer affair (PT-35) and in seeking a US$ 3 mio-plus reward pay out, for the key witness Tony Gauci and his brother, in the Lockerbie bombing trial!

MISSION LOCKERBIE, 13th of September, 2009

The LOCKERBIE-CASE is the Biggest Fraud in the History of Scotland!

The crucial evidence for the indictement of Libya, Megrahi and Fhimah; the MST-13 timer planted in Lockerbie originates from Eng. Lumpert's handmade prototype MST-13 timer printed circuit board (PC-board) given via the Swiss police, without Bollier's knowing, to the Scottish police. This handmade brown coloured prototype timer circuit board was not yet operable because no electronic parts were soldered on!
When the Scottish police noticed, after Bollier's personal interview, that they had planted a brown coloured timer (not delivered to Libya), they exchanged one part of Lumpert's MST-13 timer fragment by a fragment fabricated from a machine made green coloured Thüring board, confiscated in Zurich at Thüring. Thüring had delivered green coloured MST-13 timer circuit boards to MEBO which were later installed in the MST-13 timers sold to Libya. All these manipulations can be traced back and are provable beyond any doubt by MEBO, the manufacturer of MST-13 timers.

Production photos from the duplicate MST-13 circuit PC-board from the green Thüring PC-boards; the design is the same as the prototype MST-13 PC-board, but colour green and industrial fabricated; Notabene: With attributs PT-35B; PT-35(b); DP-31(b) starting from 12th of May 1990 on.

IMAGE 2: This picture shows a green Thüring MST-13 printed circuit PC-board. The curve "
f" on the corner not yet being milled out indicates clearly that the PC-board does also not originate from a MST-13 timer ready for operation. A specific damage of material probably caused by an explosion on the solderpoint "r" indicates clearly that from this empty circuit board the green MST-13 fragment was fabricated. The form of the damaged "r" on the empty PC-board of the Thüring board is congruent with the form of the damaged "r" of the MST-13 fragment on IMAGE 3.

Call for UN inquiry into the Lockerbie bombing!
UK Security Service MI-6, please open the Pandora box!

From Times and Robert Blacks Bloc, It reads in parts: An independent inquiry into the Lockerbie bombing was called for a leading human rights *lawyer.

Campaigners are pushing for the General Assembly of the United Nations to hold an international inquiry into the Lockerbie bombing.

Professor Robert Black, one of the original architects of the trial at Camp Zeist and Professor Dr. Hans Koechler, the UN observer at the original trial, are [amongst those] putting together a list of signatories to persuade the General Assembly to establish a commission to investigate.
Dr Jim Swire, whose daughter Flora died in the tragedy, and Father Patrick Keegans, the priest in Lockerbie at the time of the bombing, have already backed the move.

*Mr. Gareth Peirce, who has represented a string of high-profile victims of miscarriage of justice, said that the forensic evidence on which the Lockerbie bomber, Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi, was convicted was flawed.

The finding itself was "very, very worrying" and based the same kind of discredited forensic science that was at the heart of several notable miscarriages of justice in the '70s and '80s, she said.

"The [Lockerbie] case was founded on
twin pillars: one, that al-Megrahi was linked to a charred fragment of a MST-13 bomb timer; and second, his identification was ‘claimed’ by a man who could not be sure of his evidence. (see MEBO's Affidavit and our document no.498)

MISSION LOCKERBIE: SECRET LOCKERSBIE PAPERS COULD SOON BE RELEASED

Secretary of justice, Kenny MacAskill said a Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission report could be made public if those who gave evidence granted their permission.
The independent commission concluded Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi may have been the victim of a miscarriage of justice.

MEBO and its owner Edwin Bollier approved that the Secretary of justice, Mr. MacAskill, can publish all exoneration proofs delivered from MEBO to the SCCRC.

Additional: Request of the unknown state which had delivered in 1996, under national security, a document to the Crown Office, about the clear facts over the MEBO MST-13 Timer fragment (Polaroidphoto picture, Scottish Police no. PT/35B).

Please give to the Crown and to the secretary of justice Mr. McAskill the granted permission for opening the document under national security!
With this act you will support the truth, the fact that Libya and its official Mr. Megrahi have nothing to do with the Lockerbie Tragedy!

We believe that a good friendship and business future will be secured with Libya.

by Edwin and Mahnaz Bollier, MEBO Ltd., Switzerland

MISSION LOCKERBIE: 2nd of September 2009

The dropping of the successful promising "Lockerbie appeal" was the central part for the freedom of Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi!

Behind the surprising release of the innocent Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, did not stand an "Oil Deal" nor a ''Prisoner Transfer Agreement" with Libya, but the FEAR of Scotland's and Great Britain's, before the result and open secrets of the current Appeals (miscarriage of justice) and the following damages compensation from Libya up to 40 billion US$!

For this legal mission the secretary of Scottish Judiciary, Kenny MacAskill, needed from Mr. Megrahi, the dropping of the successful promising "Lockerbie-Appeal" and a medical certificate for a maximum 3 months life span. The truth is: The "Lockerbie-Affair" (not the PanAm 103 tragedy) was a UK conspiracy against Libya!
Mr. Megrahi persisted on its innocence and will clear his name. He wants to start a limited criminal investigation over the manipulated circumstantial evidences in relation to the newest defence evidences. Possible in Scotland or a larger EU or United Nations investigation into the case. Mr. Megrahi cannot be undoubtedly the Lockerbie Bomber !

Some of the Scottish Officials are the true criminals in the "Lockerbie Affair": ex-forensic scientist Dr. Thomas Hayes (RARDE) UK, ex-forensic expert Allen Feraday (RARDE) UK and three known persons of the Scottish police are responsible for manipulating evidence in the Lockerbie Affair and are still protected by the Scottish Justice! (They are not involved in the PanAm 103 bombing, but responsible for the conspiracy against Libya).

The large chance for Mr. Megrahi is coming to be cleared up with a complete investigation in the Lockerbie-Conspiracy against Libya. The honour of Mr. Megrahi and the prestige of Libya must be finally repaired. Libya and its Official Mr. Megrahi have nothing to do with the Lockerbie tragedy!

The Scottish "Lockerbie-Trial" in Kamp van Zeist, was far from fair and proper!

The Conservative Leader, David Cameron calls on 1st of September 2009 for a Lockerbie inquiry!

21 of August, 2009

ALLAHU AKBAR ! ALLAHU AKBAR ! ALLAHU AKBAR !

HE is above plots of the aggressors; And HE is the best HELPER of the oppressed !

Mr Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi

who is definitely not
the PanAm 103 bomber

is free ...

Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, cordially welcome in your homeland Libya. We wish you to get well soon.

MISSION LOCKERBIE: August 20, 2009

Judges have accepted Mr. Abdulbaset al Megrahi’s request to drop an appeal against his conviction - a move that will open the way for him to return to Libya !

Lord Hamilton, Scotland's most senior judge, said he had agreed to Megrahi's request to withdraw his appeal, but said there were still legal hurdles to be negotiated before the appeal process could be completely dropped....

Nevertheless the truth triumphs for Mr Megrahi and Libya! Justice for Abdelbaset Al Megrahi and Libya! Mr Megrahi: Your name and reputation is clean!

Thank you to Mr Abdulati al-Obidi, the Libyan Minister and former Ambassador, for his successful dedication.
Thank you to Hon. Justice Hamidi Faraj Fannoush for his truthful words:

(The Herald)+++ However, a Libyan judge, who was in court yesterday as an "observer" to the hearing, said he should be allowed to return home to his family. Honorary Justice Hamdi Fannoush said outside the courtroom that dropping the case was "not in the interests of justice". Mr Fannoush said: "People want to know what happened but this closes the door on that opportunity. Megrahi wanted to clear his name in court but after trying every possible way of getting home to see his family, he felt forced to make this sacrifice. In Libya everyone is talking about this. They believe he is innocent and cannot understand why he is still not home when he is so ill. Judicially nothing more can be done now other than a public inquiry." +++

We praise the role of al-Gaddafi Development Foundation at Geneva, which is led by the Libyan Leader's son Saif-al-Islam, in returning al-Megrahi to his homeland and family. It added: "We thank Mr Saif-al-Islam al- Gaddafi for all his positive efforts in this and also thank the foundation he leads for its constant care for him and his family through his years in jail."

Important: Some of the Scottish Officials are the true criminals in the Lockerbie Affair: Ex forensic scientist Dr Thomas Hayes (RARDE) UK, Ex forensic expert Allen Feraday (RARDE) UK and three known persons of the Scottish police are responsible for manipulating evidence in the Lockerbie Affair and are still protected by the Scottish Justice ! (They are not involved in the PanAm 103 bombing, but responsible for the conspiracy against Libya).

by Edwin and Mahnaz Bollier, MEBO Ltd. Switzerland

BBC News - 17/08/'09 - The Times claims the Scottish government has buckled under American pressure and will not be releasing the man jailed for the Lockerbie bombing. ...

MISSION LOCKERBIE: Attention !

A new desaster may happen in the Lockerbie case, if Megrahi's defence does not build in a "security mechanism" into the withdrawal of Megrahi's appeal.

It is obvious that Megrahi is innocent and that the obstructions of the Scottish appeal court in Edinburgh aimed at worsening his cancer to force him to withdraw his current appeal under the PTA.

On August 18, 2009 Megrahi's lawer Mr. Toni Kelly will proceed the withdrawal of Mr Megrahi's appeal at the High Court in Edinburgh ! The Defense Team must build in a "security mechanism" into the withdrawal of the appeal to allow Mr. Megrahi to continue his appeal without delay and reestablish the Status Quo; in case of the likely no of the US State Departement to release Mr Megrahi either on compassionate grounds or under the PTA agreement.

In 2007, after a four-year study, the Scottish Criminal Case Reappeal Commission granted Megrahi his request for appeal and indicated the Libyan might have been wrongfully convicted (presumable a miscarriage of justice in 6 points).
We have learned of a written agreement between the US and the UK that in the Lockerbie case the US State Department has the final say and decides the proceedings with UK and Scotland.

It is likely that after actions like "
Keep Lockerbie Bomber Locked Up" by US Secretary of State, Mrs Hillary Clinton, to not release the Lockerbie bomber from a Scottish prison, Scottish Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill respectively the Sottish Parliament will stop Megrahi's repatriation.

Hopefully Megrahi's defence team has reflected on the possibility of continuing Megrahi's appeal and will take proper precautions. If the Scottish Justice accelerates the appeal - all judges beeing healthy - Megrahi could still have his name cleared quickly and go as an innocent and free man back to his country and his family.

Questions:
Did Solicitor Tony Kelly take all needed precautions to allow Megrahi to continue his appeal without delay?  And was there a secret deal between Solicitor Kelly and Scottish Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill to prevent a further investigation into the Lockerbie affair?
By the way, some of the Scottish Officials are the true criminals in the Lockerbie Affair: Ex forensic scientist Dr. Thomas Hayes (RARDE), Ex forensic expert Allen Feraday (RARDE) UK and three known persons of the Scottish police are protected but responsible for manipulating evidence in the Lockerbie-Affair!
(Not involved at the PanAm 103 assassination attempt, only responsible for the conspiracy against Libya)

The last bad intern news: Mr. Megrahi must stay in Scotland, very sorry for Mr. Megrahi and his familie.
Nevertheless the truth triumphs for Mr. Megrahi and Libya! Justice For Abdelbaset Al Megrahi and Libya !

ebol, more soon...

The Scottish Lord connection: "Hello USA and UN, we have a problem, what are we supposed to do?"

The Scottish Justiciary has a serious problem in the "Lockerbie-Affair" and is blameworthy for not covering up criminal facts executed by officials of its own law enforcement.
Each accused, also Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, has the right for a human and legally fair procedure.

Now it is obvious that the 'Lockerbie-Tragedy' was misused for a conspiracy against Libya with criminal participation of Scottish Officials! This is the reason why Scottish media were gagged!

Some of the Scottish Officials and known persons of the Scottish Police are the true criminals in the cover-up of the Lockerbie conspiracy against Libya! (not in the bombing of PanAm 103)

Mr. Al-Megrahi has consistently maintained his innocence and has vowed to stay in Scotland and win his freedom back through the appeal courts. This is the right way for him to go back to his homeland Libya. The manipulated evidence material shows clearly that Mr Megrahi and Libya have nothing to do with the Lockerbie Tragedy! Photos, documents and falsification evidence material, can be seen on our webpage.

No further delays in the Lockebie-Appeal! Recommendation: Start of a world wide media campaign under the 'Mission of Lockerbie' and urge for an independent international tribunal.

A world wide media campaign is in preparation and started soon to urge for an independent international tribunal of the Lockerbie affair in favour of the political hostage, Libyan Official Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, Libya and the bereaved of the victims of flight PanAm 103.

An extraordinary tribunal appointed by the UN would prove Libya's innocence and clear up the Scottish manipulations which lead to the biggest miscarriage of justice in the history of Scotland. Today it is clear that with deliberately manipulated evidence Libya and its Official, Mr Abdelbaset al Megrahi, had been convicted unjustly. This must be regarded as a breach of international law and human rights.

Such an extraordinary international tribunal supported by an international panel and the UN could be held in Switzerland - a neutral host for the respect of international human rights and democracy.

NB: The political hostage and "Lockerbie victim no. 271" Abdelbaset Al Megrahi is suffering innocently since April 6th, 1999 until now:
322'910'600 painful seconds in Scottish prisons!

The appeal must be taken out of the hands of the jurisdiction of the Scottish "Lord connection"!

Justice For Abdelbaset Al Megrahi and Libya!

Lockerbie-Scandal
7th of July, 2009: Delays, delays, delays and before a decision is taken by the High Court, a new questionable delay was produced in the case of Abdelbaset al Megrahi's appeal ! What wants the Criminal Justice Directorate achieve with these delays ? Lord Hamilton said the court has already heard full submissions on two grounds of appeal, but the court will not be able to give its decision on those grounds until autumn 2009. Why ?

MEBO answer: It is obvious that the Scotthis Justice with these tactics wants Mr. Megrahi to withdraw his appeal ! Only by renouncing his appeal the ill Mr. Megrahi has the possibility to return to his family by a prisoner transfer agreement between the United Kingdom and Libya. On the other side the Scottish Justice, with these nasty and dirty tactics, wants to defend its criminal Scottish Officials from a criminal prosecution! They are verifiable responsible for the manipulation and falsification of evidence in the Lockerbie-affair and therefore as their backers responsible for the miscarriage of justice against Libya and its Official Megrahi ...

In this sense Scotland's top judge, Justice General Lord Arthur Hamilton, protects the two Scottish Criminal Officials of RARDE and known persons of the Scottish Police, responsible for counterfeiting and manipulation of evidences in the Lockerbie-Affair !

Some of the Scottish Officials are the true criminals in the Lockerbie Affair !!!

Zurich, 8 May, 2009

Dear Scottish Justiciary. What goes on is a barbarous cruelty!

What has been done and is still done to Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi, an innocent and terminally ill man, by the Scottish Justice is very hard to bear. Lockerbie is the biggest fraud in the history of Scotland!

Please watch now the full documentary film "Lockerbie revisited" by Regisseur Gideon Levy, shown to Scottish members of Parliament about important facts concerning the conspiracy against Libya.

http://tegenlicht.vpro.nl/afleveringen/2008-2009/lockerbie-revisited.html

The main subject dealt with the notorious 'timer circuit board MST-13 fragment', called PT35B in the court records. FBI Task Force Chief Richard Marquise answered Gideon Levy's question G. L.: Would you have a case if you wouldn't have these evidence (MST-13 timer)? R.M.: Would we have a case. It would be a very dificult case to prove. It would be a very dificult case to prove ... I don't think we would ever had an indictment. And he said also: But I can tell you that now money was paid to any witness, any witness prior to the trial. No promise of money was made to any witness prior to the trial. G.L.: And was there paid any money after he trial? R.M.: I'm not gonna answer that.
And he said: If someone manipulated evidence, if somebody didn't invesitgate something that should have been investigated, if somebody twisted it to fit up up Megrahi, or Fimah or Libya, then that person will go to jail. I mean that sincerely, that person should be prosecuted for that.

Former Lord Advocate Lord Fraser UK; Detective Constable of Strathclyde Police Thomas Gilchrist UK; Ex forensic scientist Dr. Thomas Hayes (RARDE), Ex forensic expert Allen Feraday (RARDE) UK; Ex FBI laboratory official Tom Thurman USA; former FBI Spezial Agent and Task Force Chief Richard Marquise USA, Detective Chief Superintendent Stuart Henderson, Robert Müller (FBI-Director) and others should all be ashamed for their criminal and parasitic cover up of the Lockerbie tragedy.

After having analysed the documentary "Lockerbie revisited" by Gideon Levy and backed by my own investigations MEBO is convinced that the "Lockerbie conspiracy" to the damage of Libya and Abdelbaset al Megrahi was executed with tampered evidence under the Scottish flag by seven officials ! This could also be the reason for the long procrastination of the whole case in the hope that the criminal dealings of the seven officials fall under the status of limitations.

All the same the biggest fraud in the history of Scotland must be cleared up under all circumstances by a new investigation for the benefit of the bereaved of the 270 victims, the Libyan people and Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi.

May 24, 2009

Announcement to some official experts, photographers of RARDE and to some Scottish police officers: A criminal charge is examined by MEBO Ltd.
The main subject dealt with the notorious 'timer circuit board *MST-13 fragment', called PT35B in the court records.

FBI Special Agent and Task Force Chief Richard Marquise answered Gideon Levy's (VPRO) question G.

We hope the Scottish Justice takes this fact to knowledge and goes into a faster action with a criminal charge against her officials than with the case of Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi...

Zurich, 27 April 2009

The Lockerbie-Appeal starts on April 28, 2009
Justice for Mr Abdelbaset Al Megrahi and Libya!
Petition for Mr Abdelbaset Al Megrahi to the Scottish Ministers: here

Resumée

1990: Having lunch at a restaurant in Zurich I was listening to the radio and hearing the news that my company MEBO had delivered timers to Libya which led to the explosion of PanAm 103 over Lockerbie.

Western intelligence was well informed of my business connections with Libya (delivery of timers) via a Libyan defector.

With all these informations not only about me but also about Megrahi it was easy to construct the "MST-13 timer (MEBO) - Libya - Malta - Megrahi-Story". A pure invention or in intelligence code: a script to cover up a false flag operation:

The brown MST-13 timer board Eng. Lumpert had given to the Swiss Federal Police was handed over to the Scottish Police and then to Dr.Hayes and Allen Feraday (RARDE) and only a polaroid photo (PI'995) was handed over to Thomas Thurman (FBI). He concluded wrongly that the timer (MST-13) came from Libya. He was one of the "technical experts" to make the script plausible by interpreting evidence purposely wrong.

With this purposely wrong interpreted evidence photo (PI'995) Libya was later indicted and finally banned by sanction of the UNO Security Council. Simultaneously the Bollier-Malta-Megrahi Story was concocted.

What was allegedly found (probably planted) in Lockerbie was a tiny piece of a Toshiba cassette recorder, another script to include the PFLP-GC in the plot. (See the picture of the fragment of the Toshiba recorder together with a collar of a T-Shirt from Malta and other remnants).
By simple photo montage this piece of a Toshiba Cassette recorder was replaced by the brown MST-13 timer fragment from Eng. Lumpert (from photo of the timer PI'995). When the Swiss Federal Police (BUPO) showed this photo to Meister and me in March 1990 we knew immediately that this brown prototype timer was not operable.

MEBO had delivered 2 of this prototypes to the Stasi but not to Libya. All my business with the STASI was conform to Swiss export regulations and legal. Later after the coming down of PanAm 103 these 2 timers were found in a Stasi storeroom after the collapse of the GDR in November 1989.

Meanwhile our company was brought down by bad publicity and a complaint for compensation from PanAm over 32 mio. US$. So I started investigating.

Later when the Scottish police found out that they had a picture from a brown prototype timer who had not been sold to Libya (only the green machine made ones were supplied to Libya) they cut the original fragment from Eng. Lumpert in two pieces and replaced one part of it by a green MST-13 fragment. A manipulation Bollier was completely aware of when in September 1999 he was finally permitted to examine the MST-13 timer(s) in possession of the RARDE at the office of prosecutor Miriam Watson in Dumfries, Scotland.

With the cheap trick of a public immunity interest certificat (PII) this crucial piece of evidence is now under national security.
But there was also no bomb bag loaded in Malta and Megrahi was not the buyer of the cloths at Toni Gauchi's Mary-House.

All my investigation work is restricted to cover up the manipulations to blame Libya and Meghrahi for the massacre over Lockerbie. Who was really behind the massacre? Unfortunately it seems very unlikely that western intelligence agencies did not have their hands in the bombing of PanAm 103 over Lockerbie. The same group who ordered the cover up was very likely the same who ordered the bombing (different teams).

Lockerbie was a milestone in a planned serie of terror acts to switch over to a new paradigma of the enemy after bringing down communism. From now on and definitely after 9/11 the muslims were the "great danger". A malicious war on terrorism followed that attacked muslim countries. Pretty the same policy as during the cold war when communism was the source of all evil...

The mysterious premature visit of an unknown UK Officer's to Malta in 1989

At the trial in Kamp van Zeist was revealed that an unknown UK Officer was in
*July or August 1989, before Malta had granted international legal assistance to Britain in Malta. His investigations were in relation with the recovery of a babygrow which could be related back to the island of Malta. *(MEBO: It was center of july).

MEBO's inqueries show that this UK Officer visited the Yorkie Clothing Company in Malta. After their examination of a piece of a remnant from a Yorkie troucer (allegedly found in Lockerbie) he was told that 20 pairs of such troucers had been delivered on the 18th of Novermber 1988 to the boutique "Mary's House". (Prod. delivery note 424)

If the unknown officer had visited Anthony und Paul Gauci before is at the moment unknown. Anyway afterwards the officer visited the whole sale company "Big Ben" with a blue remnant. This company said to have delivered such blue babygrows (from the company PVC) to Mary's House on the 22th of September 1988. (Label 439, Invoice Prod. 488) Paul Gauci was Managing Director of "Big Ben" at that time !

With great probability the unknown UK officer had covertly contacted the Gauci brothers to prepare the ground for the Gauci brothers collaboration in the "Lockerbie affair, prior the also very questionable interrogation of Police Officer Henry Woods Bell between September 1 - 8, 1989".

NB: In none of the court protocols the name of the unknown officer is mentioned and he question remains open: Was this unknown officer an agent of an intelligence agency?

Excerpt from the book Scotbom: Evidence and the Lockerbie Investigation by US Task Force and FBI Special Agent Richard A. Marquise:
+++
By late August 1989, RARDE had identified a number of "category one" items which they opined had been in or near the primary cause of the explosion.
These items included the baby's romper suit, some Yorkie brand trousers, a cardigan sweater, a herringbone patterned sport jacker and a pajama top.
Little information had been received from the intelligence community. While no one gave it much consideration at the time, no intelligence agency played an active role in this conference or the earlier one in Scotland...
+++

MEBO comment:
Allen Feraday/RARDE and FBI forensic agent Thomas Thurman (and others) conducted explosion-tests in the USA, using TNT and Semtex H, airfreight-containers, Toshiba radio-recorders type RT 8016/SF16-Bombeat and Samsonite Silhouette 4000 suitcases (made in Denver, Colorado) filled with the Malta clothing, etc. (perhaps using the brown MST-13 PC-board from Lumpert) that were subjected to the explosion, with most such activities being photographically recorded:>>>

1.) by FBI Polaroidphotos; (liable for: Thomas Thurman)

2.) by photos from Stephan Haines, the RARDE photographer.

According to statement of ex Witness no. 355, Mr. Allen Feraday, (RARDE, Defense Research Agency Division at Fort Halstead) (sworn statemements):
Q-- I believe you were accompanied to these tests by Stephan Haines, the RARDE photographer? A-- that's correct sir. Yes. Q-- Did he photograph the results of these tests? A-- He did indeed, sir.Yes. Q-- And do you know where these photographs are now, Mr. Feraday? A-- well, they were certainly at Fort Halstead when I last saw them, and all the negatives are there. ----

Notabene: The court and the defense of Megrahi/Fhimah were not in the possession of the photos on this time! For the Court and the Defence legal proceedings, all these photosgraphs (negatives) are still kept under security closure at Fort Halstead!

In advance: It was an elaborated script with the help from scottish officials, to incriminate Libya with the bombing of PanAm 103. Western intelligence services were involved into a conspiracy against Libya ...
Similarities with the document "under national security" are purely "accidental"...

Document no. 498

Since August 1990, definitely a wrong date was created (7th of December, 1988) in order to accuse deliberately the libyan official Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi as the buyer of the cloths in "Mary's House".

A further proof from MEBO that the sale of dresses in Anhony Gauci "Mary's House" took undoubtedly place on Wednesday, 23th of November 1988 by a supposedly Libyan buyer:

Tony Gauci told Bollier on 25.01.2008 in Malta, that the 2 pieces of pyjamas, label "John Mallia", were the last two pyjamas he had sold to a Libyan in his shop. On the other day, the 24th of November 1988, Gauci by phon ordered at the company "John Mallia" additionally 8 pieces of the same pyjamas. The 8 pyjamas were delivered on the 25th of November 1988 with the calculation/delivery note, dated 25th of November 1988 to Gauci' s Mary' s House at Sliema Malta. Prod. 477-1.

The day after Wednesday, December 7, December 8, 1988 was an official public holiday (Immaculate Conception Day) and the "John Mallia" company was closed. But the day after November 23, November 24, 1988 was not an official public holiday, the company "John Mallia" was open.

MEBO:
Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi was not in Malta on Wednesday, 23th of November 1988, thus Mr. Megrahi is definetely not the buyer of the dresses !

Document no. 497

At a meeting in June 1989 with Swiss Federal Police (BUPO) in Bern a piece of rectangle tissue was handed over to a Scottish Officer of the same blue baby-overall that Bollier had given to the "Car-Driver" Mr. Ali at Tripoli/Libya.

Bollier had bought this baby-overall in Zurich (Jelmoli). Additionally handed over to the same Scottish officer: a copie of Bollier's ticket from Tripoli to Malta/Luqa Airport at the 20th of December 1988 and a brown MST-13 timer PC-board from Eng. Lumpert. Bollier had not used the ticket because he managed to get a direct flight to Zurich on the same day.

MEBO information: The "subversively" use of an blue baby-overall (Babygrow) was developed from Swiss telephone conversation police monitoring, December 14-22, 1988 between Bollier and Mr. Ali, a driver in Tripoli and have nothing to do with the PanAm 103 attack! (It concerned Ali's order of a blue baby-overall, size for its 1.5-2 year old for his baby son.)

From the courts protocol in Kamp van Zeist, day 53, one can see that a unknown officer (presumably Detective Superintendent Jim Gilchrist, Scottish Police, or Allen Feraday RARDE) had in July 1989 started police investigations in Malta concerning i.a. a blue baby-overall.

Excerpts (Kamp van Zeist)
Day 53
September 29, 2000
--- Proceedings commenced at 9.45 a.m.
THE CLERK: Call the diet, Her Majesty's Advocate against Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi and Al Amin Khalifa Fhimah. Take your seat, gentlemen, please.
LORD SUTHERLAND: Advocate Depute.
MR. CAMPBELL: My Lords, I now move to recall number 344, Henry Woods Bell.
THE MACER: Number 344 on the Crown list, My Lord, Henry Woods Bell.
WITNESS: HENRY WOODS BELL, recalled.
LORD SUTHERLAND: Mr. Bell, you are still under oath. Do you understand? A-- Yes, My Lord.
LORD SUTHERLAND: Advocate Depute.
EXAMINATION IN CHIEF BY MR. CAMPBELL:
Q-- Mr. Bell, I think you told us on the previous occasion when you gave evidence that you are now a Detective Chief Superintendent in the Scottish Criminal Records Office in Glasgow? A-- That's correct, sir. Yes. Q-- And were you involved in the investigation into the destruction of PanAm 103? And what rank did you hold at that time? A-- I was Detective Chief Inspector at that time. Q-- Did the investigation extend to Malta in 1989? A-- That's correct.

Q-- And was contact made with the police authorities in Malta in the course of 1989? A-- Yes, that's correct. Q-- As a result of that, on the 11th of September 1989, did you yourself attend at a meeting in Malta? A-- I did. Yes. Q-- Who was present at that meeting? A-- The deputy prime minister of Malta, Mr. de Marco, the police commissioner. Q-- What was his name? A-- Mr. Calleja. The deputy police commissioner, and I can't recall his name at this time; the assistant police commissioner, now police commissioner, George Grech; Inspector Godfrey Scicluna, who is now a superintendent; Inspector Alphonse Gauci. And there was two other inspectors, I believe, along with other officers from abroad. These were. Q-- Were there officers from other countries present? A-- That's correct. Yes. Q-- From which countries? A-- There was two officers from the FBI, America; two officers from the BKA, Germany; and a number of officers from Lockerbie Inquiry Team. Q-- What was the purpose of this meeting?
A-- The purpose of the meeting was to brief the Maltese authorities and to seek permission and authority to make inquiry in Malta regarding the air disaster.
There had been a previous inquiry the *month before, or in July of that year, by another officer, in relation to the recovery of a Babygro which could be related back to the island of Malta.
*(MEBO: It was center of july).+++

This
*visit in July, as the visit of officer Henry Woods Bell before the 11th of September 1989 by Scottish or UK investigators in Malta (concerning the blue baby-overall) were not authorized by international legal assistance and were therefore illegal. It was also not fair opposite to other investigation teams, from the FBI or the BKA Germany for example. Also if they have been approved later by Maltese Deputy Prime Minister Mr. de Marco.

The same thing with the handing over of evidence to the Scottish Police in June 1989 in Bern. The Scottish demand for international legal assistance (19th of September 1990) was granted officially on the 30th of October 1990 by the Swiss Police Administration. The handing over of evidence was illegal, in other words: intelligence style !

The blue baby-overall had not been fabricated in Malta and at a visit at Tony Gauci's "Mary House" none such baby-overall was found. But 5 other blue babygrows instead were taken which had been fabricated and sold in Malta.

Why did an unknown offizier because of a baby-overall not originating from Malta (Swiss mark) travel of all things to Malta?

To create a link from allegedly found evidence in Lockerbie to Malta?

Eventually also to connect Bollier's und MEBO's business relations with Libya to the bombing of PanAm 103? With fabricated evidence of a blue baby-overall, a brown MST-13 timer handed over by Eng. Lumpert (unfortunately not the same green one's Bollier had delivered to Libya and a flight ticket from the 20th of December Bollier fortunately had not used (although urged to use it). Imagine he would have used it ! Megrahi and Bollier would have sitten on the dock.

Later from the 11th of September 1989 on the illegal "investigations" of the Scottish officials were integrated into the international legal assistance granted by Malta!

This sequence shows clearly that the whole Malta story is an invention and was fabricated with falsified intelligence "evidence"!

Document no. 502

The contrary statement from the managing director of the company PCV Plastics Limited, Mr. Satariano, against Paul Gauci (ex Witness no. 598).

Ex Witness, Mr. Dennis Satariano, sworn, number 607, at Kamp van Zeist. Excerpts:

+++
Q-- Mr. Satariano, what is your full name? A-- Dennis Satariano. Q-- And your address? A-- It's 131, Flat 4, Spinola Road, St. Julians. Q-- That's in Malta? A-- In Malta.

Q-- Were you formerly the managing director of a company called PCV Plastics Limited in San Gran [phonetic] Industrial Estate in Malta? A-- Yes, I was a manufacturing director. Q-- For how long were you with that company? A-- Since 1972 -- '71, '72. Q-- And when did you leave the company? A-- I left the company in 1993. Q-- And did that company produce a range of clothing for babies? A-- That's right. Q-- Did that include Babygro-type garments? A-- That's right, yes. Q-- And did you manufacture these? A--That's right. Yes, we manufactured these.

Q-- What was the distribution of these items? A-- We produced mainly for the export market. Mainly for the British market. Q-- And was that for any particular companies in Britain? A-- We had our distribution company in London under the name of Hellane, where Hellane used to bring us orders, we manufactured, and we exported to destination as advised by Hellane. Q-- Were you also familiar with a company in Malta called Big Ben? A-- Yes. Q-- And were they a wholesale company? A-- That's right.

Q-- Did you supply 'BIG BEN' with Babygros? A--
We did not supply it, but we had acontract with Big Ben, where he was the only purchaser to buy all our leftovers or seconds from the factory and resell according to his requirements. And would that include Babygros? A-- Everything. Q-- Everything. Would you look, please, at Label Number 439. A-- Yes. Q-- Do you see that that's a Babygro type of garment? A-- That's right, yes. Q-- What colour is it? A-- This is blue. This is a blue garment.

Q-- Could we have on the screen, please, Production 181, at photograph 139. We can see on the screen a photograph of a blue Babygro with some kind of symbol on the front of it. Looking at the Babygro that's physically in front of you, is that the same Babygro we are looking at in the photograph? A-- It looks the same, yes. Q-- And if you look at the police label that's attached to the Babygro, do you see on it the number DC 34? A-- That's right.

+++
MEBO commentary:
Even the confusing interrogation of Examination in Chief, Mr. Campell, could not prevent that witness Dennis Satariano clearly confirmed that the company PVC-Plastics Limited
had not supplied blue Babygrows with label no. 439 to the wholesale company 'BIG BEN'!

Confrontation:
Mr. Paul Gauci, ex Witness number 598, sworn, made the following untrue testimonies! Court Kamp van Zeist. Excerpts:
Q-- (Paul Gauci) Are you the managing director of a company in Malta? A-- Yes, I am. Q-- What's the name of that company? A-- BIG BEN.--------

Q-- Did you, as a wholesaler, distribute baby garments? A-- Yes, we have distributed those garments. Q-- Did you have an arrangement to receive these garments from a particular company? A-- Yes, we did. Q-- What was that company called? A-- PCV. Q-- Was the arrangement that they manufactured these garments and exported them, but that they would supply you with leftover or excess amounts which they had? A-- We had agreements as distributors for the local market.------------

Q-- Would you look, please, at an item that will be shown to you, Label 439. Do you recognise that? A-- Yes, I do. Q-- What is it? A-- This is a Babygro we used to distribute. Q-- Is that the type of Babygro that you received from the company PCV ? A-- One of the types, because we used to have many of these.--------

Q-- Was one of the shops to which you distributed a shop called Mary's House in Tower Road in Sliema? A-- Yes, it was. Q-- What was the name of the proprietor of that shop? A-- I don't understand what you are saying. Q-- What was the name of the owner of the shop? A-- The name was Edward Gauci (MEBO: Gauci's father!).

Q-- Could we have Production No. 488 on the screen, please. Could we move on to the next image, please. Do you see on the screen before you an invoice? A-- Yes, I do. Q-- And is that an invoice from your company, Big Ben Wholesale, to Edward Gauci of Mary's House, 63 Tower Road, Sliema? A-- Yes, it is the same invoice. Q-- And is it dated 22 September '88? A-- Yes, it is. Q-- And does it include an order from you to Mr. Gauci for a quantity of baby goods, fleecy? A-- Yes, it is.

Q-- And was the order for 12 such items? A-- Yes, it was. Q-- Were these baby goods, fleecy, the type of Babygro that you've been looking at today? A-- Yes, they were the same. Q-- Could we have Production 181, image 139, please. Do you see that that's a photograph of a Babygro of a similar type to the one you've been shown? A-- Yes, I do. Q-- Could you close that, please, and look at photograph 140. Q-- Do you see that that's a close-up of the collar of the Babygro in the photograph? A-- Yes, I do. Q-- Do you still have before you the Babygro itself? Will you just open it up and look at the collar and at the label that's attached to the collar? A-- Yes.

Q-- Will you confirm that the Babygro that you have before you has these details? It's the same Babygrow? A-- Yes, I do confirm. Q-- You can see that it's a Primark label. Age, 12 to 18 months; height, 86 centimetres. A-- Yes.------- Q-- Thank you. You can close that now, please.

MEBO: Another doubtful Paul Gauci statement concerns with a invoice (Production 489) from company BIG BEN, about "Abanderado" T-shirt' s, which allegedly were supplied to the same fashion shop Mary' s House.
To the memory:
The Paul Gauci's brother, Anthony Gauci gave as ex Witness no. 595, sworn, at Kamp van Zeist among other things the following statement:

+++
Q-- Mr Gauci, Would you look at an item of clothing, Label No.459, please. Do you recognise Label 459? A-- It's underwear, T-shirt. Q-- What make is it? A-- It's Abanderado make. Q-- Did you, in 1988, stock T-shirts of that kind? A-- Yes. Yes. When I sold this one, I didn't sell T-shirts. Perhaps sombody else was there. I never sold him a T-shirt. Q-- You never sold the Libyan gentlemen a T-shirt? A-- On that day, no. On that particular order, no, that we are talking about, no. He could have come another day.
+++

His brother Paul Gauci say as Witness no. 598, sworn, among other things, at Kamp van Zeist. Excerpts:

+++
Q-- Did you also, as wholesalers, distribute Abanderado T-shirts? (in company BIG BEN) A-- We did. Q-- Did you distribute these for Underwear Limited? A-- Yes, we did. Q-- Look, please, at Label Number 457. Is that an Abanderado T-shirt? A-- Yes, it is. Q-- And is that the type of T-shirt that you distributed? A-- Yes, it is. Q-- You told us earlier that you supplied goods to the Gaucis' shop in Sliema? A-- Yes, I did. Q-- Would you look now, please, at an invoice which is Production 489. If you go to the next image, please. Do we see on the screen an invoice from Big Ben, again to Gauci, Edward, Mary's House, 63 Tower Road, Sliema? A-- Yes, I do. Q-- And is this one dated 22 April '87? A-- Yes, I do.

Q-- Do we see that it's for a number of different types of clothing? A-- I did not understand the question. Q-- Does the invoice include several different types of items of clothing? A-- Yes, it does. Q-- If we look at number 5, do we see that that is an item which is described as "Gents T-shirts"? A-- Yes. Q-- And is it referred to as item number 196? A-- Yes, I confirm. Q-- And if we look across to the quantity delivered to Mr. Gauci's shop of these T-shirts, is it given as 18? A-- Yes, it does. Q-- You can close that, please, now, and open Production No. 490. If Your Lordships would allow me a moment. Do we see that that's an invoice from your company to the same shop: Gauci, Edward, Mary's House, 63 Tower Road, Sliema? A-- Yes. Q-- And again, do we see that this one is dated 29 March 1988? A-- Yes. Q-- And is it item 196 again? A-- Yes, it is. Q-- And is it for "Gents T-shirts"? A-- Yes, it is. Q-- Is the quantity on this occasion 132? A-- Yes, it is. Q-- Thank you.
+++

MEBO commentary:

1.> From Invoice Prod. 488 can not be conculded that the specific blue babygrow was delivered to the boutique Mary's House!

2.> From Invoice Prod. 489 can not be concluded that T-shirts label "Abanderado" were delivered to the Boutique Mary's House!

These invoices/delivery notes from the company 'BIG BEN' were all fake! In this light the following questions have to be answered: Were the Gauci brothers bribed for giving wrong evidence and manipulating evidence?

Did Paul Gauci as Managing Director of the Company 'BIG BEN' and participator of boutique "Mary's House" in Malta belately produce the desired invoices on behalf of Detective Superintendent of Scottish Police, Henry Woods Bell?
Was the babygrow and the "Abanderado T-shirt" actually bought in London and belately by an unknown UK offizier in July 1988 subversively linked to "Mary's House"?

Appears to be a dispute between former Lord Advocate Lord Fraser and retired FBI agent Richard Marquise over whether the timer fragment (PT35b) was taken to the USA for identification (by the FBI Lab's Thomas Thurman) or whether the identification was done at Fort Halstead by RARDE's Alan Feraday (see Wikipedia article "Investigation into the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 - Timer fragment").

The issue is important because Feraday was called to give timer fragment evidence at the Lockerbie trial, but Thurman was prevented from doing so. In 1997, US Inspector-General, Michael Bromwich, had prohibited Thurman from giving forensic evidence in criminal cases.

Seems to me to be a last-minute spoiler operation by the Crown (to confuse the timer fragment issue) just days away from the start of Mr Megrahi's second appeal. I hope Maggie Scott QC is not taken in by it.

The political hostage and "Lockerbie victim 271"
Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, suffering since April 6th, 1999 until now:
315'360'000 painful seconds, innocent in scottish prisons...

******************************************************************************

The appeal is due to
start on April 28, 2009
Open Letter to

The High Court at Edinburgh Scotland UK

Until now the Libyan official Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi is jailed innocently in Sottish prisons since 10 years !!!

Same accusation in the Lockerbie-Case - unequal judgement for the two Libyan officials, Amin Khalifa Fhimah and Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi. Why this difference in the court judgements: not guilty and immediate release for Khalifa Fhimah and guilty (27 years of prison) for Abdelbaset Al Megrahi?

Only the wrong statement of Tony Gauci at Camp van Zeist made the difference: "The buyer of the dresses from alleged 7 December 1988 is identical to the one in photo position 8 (Q14), Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi".

As circumstantial evidence shows the Scottish Justice knew very well that not only Fhimah but also the second acused Libyan, Mr. Megrahi, was innocent and should be aquitted. The Scottish Justiciary needs a push to save its image in the Lockerbie affair. They finally must begin to clear up the miscarriage of justice against Abdelbaset al Megrahi ...

Determining central proofs
The Scottish Justice knew:

Tony Gauci's first statements without outer influence by police officers:

+++

Facts:
The day after December 7, December 8, 1988 was an official public holiday and the "Mary's House" was closed. Gauci could not remember at a public holiday after the visite of the alleged clothes buyer!
As example, the day after November 23, November 24, was not an official public holiday, "Mary' s House" was open, as Gauci remembered precisely.

Wrong identification of the Libyan cloths purchaser by Tony Gauci. The Police robot drawing (Q12) of the Libyan man who purchased the clothes by Tony Gauci resembles to 90% Abdul Magjid Giaka (Q13), a Libyan CIA defector since August 1988 in Malta).

There was some very light rain on
23th of November 1988 from 18:00-19:15, while there was no rain on 7th of December 1988, from Mark Vella, Managing Director, METEOMALTA, also confirmed at the Trial Kamp van Zeist, from ex witness number 03, Major Joseph Mifsud chief meteorologist at the meterological office at Luqa Airport in Malta.

Since August 1990,
definitely a wrong date was created (7th of December, 1988) in order to accuse deliberately Abdelbaset al Megrahi as the buyer of the cloths in "Mary's House".

MEBO: Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi was
not in Malta on Wednesday, 23th of November 1988!

Had under the cover of the "Witness Protection Programm" (WPP) bribes been payed for inaccurate testimony with falsified/manipulated evidence?

MEBO's attempt to inquire:

After high amounts of money had been payed to Libyan CIA agent Abdul Maghid Giaka for immoral procuration of evidence and giving wrong evidence at Camp van Zeist, we have to focus also on the activities of the Gauci brothers:

> First Anthony Gauci, shopkeeper of "Mary's House" in Malta, was questioned on the occasion of police investigations on 1/2/8/10/13/14 and on 26 September 19
89. Afterwards, from mid of 1991 on a big amount of money (possibly 3 mio. US$) was given to Gauchi for his testimony of wrong fabricated circumstantial evidence...

On April 14, 2009 diclosed crown documents are supposed to be handed over to the defence team of Abdelbaset al Megrahi in this context. This could bring clear insight into the bribes payed to the Gauci brothers ...

In Gauci's police statement (Prod. 469, page 1 and 7 at line 11) on the 10th of September 19
90, Tony Gauci gives reference to the various police interrogations in September 1989: "I have been showed many photographs over the last year, and I have never seen a photograph of the man who bought the clothing".

MEBO: In all the picture parades shown to Gauci always a picture of Abdelbaset al Megrahi (Q9) was included but never a picture (Q13) of the Libyan CIA defector Abdul Magjid Giaka!

Probably it was supressed because Abdul Magjid Giaka resembled the policy robotdrawing Q12 to 90%!

Magjid Giaka alias "Puzzlepiece", was not a "Shirker" and a "Liar" as the FBI tries to present him today, but according to CIA cables and other indications he was the central man in Malta for the conspiracy against Libya. No wonder that the orders concerning him are still secret and under national security!

MEBO investigation concludes: Not Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi was the Libyan buyer of cloths at Tony Gauci (Boutique Mary's House) on 7th of December but according to our investigation, on the
23th of November 1988, 18:45 clock, the Libyan Agent for the CIA, Abdul Magjid Giaka bought the cloths!
One of the classified cables reveals that before the PanAm 103 tragedy Giaka was under pressure from his handler to deliver additional indication of events inside Libyan Arab Airlines station at Luqa Airport against Abdelbaset al Megrahi and Lamin Khalifah Fhimah in the period before the 21th of December 1988. Giaka got the order to purchase cloths on the 6th of November 1988. This meeting was held in a safe house at Malta.

Another meeting was held on the 5th of December, before Abdelbaset al Megrahi arrived on the 7th of December in Malta and a further meeting took place on the 20th December 1988, the day before the Lockerbie-tragedy!

On the 14th of July 1991 Giaka left the Maltese shores unofficially on an US boat and was transferred to the USS Navy Vessel MS "Butte". For the interview his contact person was FBI Special Agent, Mr. Harold Mount Hendershot, and a number of other agents from the US Department of Justice.

Further interviews took place at Tyson's Corner near Washington USA on the following dates:
the 21st of July, the 22nd of July,
the 23rd of July, the 24th of July, the 25th of July,
the 26th of July, the 29th of July, the 30th of July,
the 31st of July, and the 1st of August.

In one of the interviews Abdul Majid Giaka gave certain "questionable" information in relation to an incident involving a suitcase at Luqa Airport.
FBI Agent Harold Hendershot, sworn as witness no. 689 at Kamp van Zeist; questions and answers, excerpt:

+++
Examination in Chief by Mr. Campbell: Q-- And was that a brown suitcase?
Witness Hendershot: A-- I would have to look at my notes to recall that specifically. Q-- In relation to that incident, on the 14th itself how detailed was his account? A-- If I recall correctly, his detail was very general. He wasn't even sure of the month at that time. He gave us an approximate time frame of October, November, and December of 1988, as to that incident occurring.

Q-- In general terms, then, in the course of the sequence of interviews over the next period, were you able to obtain from him more detail in relation to that incident? A-- Yes, sir. Q-- Am I right in thinking that in each of these interviews you yourself made handwritten notes of the interview? A-- Yes, I did. Q-- And at the end of the exercise, was a document called a FD 302 created? A-- Yes, sir, it was. (Prod. 1485)

Before the US/UK indictment against the Libyan officials Fhimah and Megrahi was published on the 14th/15th of November 1991 a further decisive US meeting with Magjid Giaka took place.

Mr Giaka received the following sums from the CIA, part cash, part via his bank account in Switzerland in his name:
On Fiscal Year 1989: US$ 29,460; 1990: $ 20'000; 1991: $ 26'000;and 1992: $ 26,000 again.
Official records until October 1999 show that the US Justice Department had payed US$ 324,000 in connection with Giaka for accommodation, travelling, etc. A code used on Giaka's form regarding the witness protection programme is "Puzzle Piece" WF 140440.

A mysterious and pre-emtive visit (1989) of Mr. Henry Woods Bell, Detective Chief Superintendent of Scottish Police in Malta

Superintendent Henry Wood Bell was involved in the investigation of the bombing of PanAm 103 on behalf of the Criminal Records Office in Glasgow.
He visited officially on the 11th of September 1989 the police authorities in Malta.
The purpose of the meeting with the prime minister of Malta, Mr. de Marco, police commissioner A. Calleja and officers from other countries (FBI, BKA Germany) was to brief Maltese authorities and to seek
permission and authority to make inquiries in Malta regarding the air disaster.

Before the official meeting in Malta, after a meeting June 1989 with the Swiss police, two unauthorized investigation trips to Malta were made by a unknown officer in July and by officer Henry Wood Bell, on 1 - 8 September 1989 without the permission of the Maltese government. These inquiries werd related to the recovery of a blue Babygrow which had been tracked back to Malta.

MEBO information: The "subversively" use of a blue baby-overall (babygrow) was developed from Swiss police telephone monitoring from December 14-22, 1988 between Edwin Bollier and Mr. Ali, a driver in Tripoli, and has nothing to do with the PanAm 103 attack! (It concerns Ali's order of a blue baby-overall for his 1 - 2 year old baby son.)

When the Scottish police officer, Henry Bell, visited Anthony Gauci, "Mary's House" on September 1, 1989 there was no babygrow on stock. Mr. Bell made a report from Gauci's statement on the 1st of September 1989. The statement was not signed by Anthony Gauci until the 2nd of September 1989! Bell says that he returned to Gauci's shop on a second day and then had him sign the statement! Gauci said he would think things over that night and see if he could recall anything else ...

Were the Gauci brothers influenced by Henry Bell to tell what he wanted to hear?

Excerpt, trial Kamp van Zeist, witness no. 344 Mr. Henry Woods Bell:
+++
Q-- (Mr. Harry Bell) Did you have Mr. Gauci read the statement before he signed it? A-- No. Mr. Gauci could not read English, and the statement was read out to him. And he signed it. Q-- And in what language was the statement read out to him? A-- In English. Q-- In English... !!!
+++

> Had a big amount of money (possibly US$ 1,5 mio.) been payed to Tony Gauci's brother Paul around midth 19
91 for wrong testimony and production of manipulated delivery receipts/bills concerning blue babygrows with Primark labels und Abanderado T-shirts? His position as Managing Director of the Wholesale Company "Big Ben"would habe made that easily possible (Invoice Prod. 488, 489).

Appaling is that Paul Gauci was not interrogated at Kamp van Zeist Trial about the date and time of the TV broadcoast of a football game which he had watched. Only his brother Tony Gauci was questionded about the TV broadcoast.
On the other hand later at Kamp van Zeist only Paul Gauci's doubtful statements concerning important details of the blue babygrow and the mysterious *Abanderado T-shirts was heard !
For remembrance: Tony Gauci statement after 11 years at the trial in Kamp van Zeist was:

+++
Q-- Mr Gauci, Would you look at an item of clothing, Label No.459, please. Do you recognise Label 459? A-- It's underwear, T-shirt. Q-- What make is it? A-- It's *Abanderado make. Q-- Did you, in 19
88, stock T-shirts of that kind? A-- Yes.

Between September 10 and 14, 19
89 Tony Gauci was questioned by detective chief superintendent of the Scottish police, Henry Woods Bell, in the presence of the Maltesian police, Police Inspector Scicluna. The investigation focused on fragments of clothes found in Lockerbie (from PanAm 103) which were tracked back to Boutique "Mary's House" because of their label.

During these interrogations Toni Gauci was shown various pictures from fragments of clothes in a photobook which RARDE at Fort Halstead had handed over to the Scottish Criminal Record Office in Glasgow. (Prod. 495 and image 2)

Harry Bell made arrangements for Tony Gauci to attend at the police headquarters in Malta on the 13th of September 1989. Officers from the German police BKA were present together with a sketch artist. On the 14th September 19
89 it was the first time Gauci had to identify the person on the photofit (Prod.430), and Gauci gave a statement (Prod.458).
On Wednesday, 26th of September, 1989 Tony Gaucy was again in the Malta headquarters in the presence of Inspector Bell and Mr. Scicluna he was shown a number of photographs of men. Gauci did not see the man whom he sold the clothing to. He pointed out one photoraph of a man who had the same hairstyle. Gauci's statement reads: "
This is not the man I sold the clothing to, as the man in the photograph is too young. I have placed my initials on this photograph". (Signed Tony Gauci)

On December of 19
89 Harry Bell showed to Tony Gauci a photo spread which included a photograph of Abu Talb (Prod. 1246). Does the label identify this as a selection of photographs, 6-12-89, was shown by Mr. Bell to Tony Gauci on the 6th of December 1989, a photo spread now, including image 1 which was the photograph of the man called Abu Talb. Gauci didn't pick anyone out from the photo spread.
Inpector Harry Bell did again see Tony Gauci in March of 1990. In a new statement (Prod. 467a) taken from Tony Gauchi on the 5th of March 19
90, Gauci made reference having been shown a newspaper by his brother Paul (page 3 of the statement):

On page 3 on the report, which begins: "I have been asked if I can remember anything else. About six or eight weeks ago, my brother Paul was reading an English Sunday paper (believed Sunday Times of the 5th of November 1989), and he read some bits of the report to me, including that the man was in prison. I can't read English. He came to me and he showed me a page of the paper where a picture of a man was printed. I think the man's name was Abdilla. Paul read out the name. He asked me:
Is this the man who bought the clothing? And he made some remarks about the trouble it was causing the family.

I told him that I did not know if it was the man or not because I did not want him to know what I thought or to cause any more trouble. However, I think the photograph printed in the newspaper may have been the man who bought the clothing. He looks like him. I have been asked the name written in the paper, and I think it was Abdilla, but I'm not sure. I have been asked if I would know the name again, and I would. (DS Byrne then asked if the name was Abu Talb, and the witness very positively agreed that it was.) That was the name Abu Talb."

As a result of the ongoing inquiries, Inspector Harry Bell showed to Mr. Gauci in August of 1990 a further set of photographs. Production 468, a statement taken by Harry Bell from Mr. Gauci on the 31st of August 19
90. Bell showed him 12 photo spreads, including persons who were of interest to the inquiry but Gauci could not see the photograph of the man who had purchased the clothing. He informed Mr. Bell that the man's photograph was not present. (including Photo Q9, Abdelbaset al Megrahi)

Mebo: After Gauci received an unknown money present, he was invited 1991 again to a meeting into the headquarters of Maltese police.

In February 19
91 Harry Bell visited Malta again and showed a spread of photographs to Mr. Gauci.

On this occasion the spread of photographs included a person who was of interest to the investigation, the person's name was Abdelbaset al Megrahi. (Mebo photo Q9) Prod. 470 a is a statement taken by Mr. Gauci's on the 15th of February 19
91:
The photo spread (Production
436 at image 1) shown to Mr. Gauci that day includes the photograph on position *8 of Abdelbaset al Megrahi. (Mebo photo Q9)

MEBO: What did Tony Gauci say when Harry Bell asked him to look at this photo sheet?:
Bell told him that he had a number of photographs with him and wished Gauchi to look at each photograph and take time for each.

Gauci's police statement, no. 470:
"On Friday, 15th of February 19
91, I attended at police headquarters, Floriana, in Malta. Inspector Scicluna had asked me to come into the police office, and I agreed to come at 1.00 p.m.
I arrived at the police office about 1.10 p.m., and I met Mr. Scicluna and Mr. Bell. I was then introduced to two other men (DC Crawford and SA Reid). I was told by Mr. Bell that he wanted me to look at a few photographs in an attempt to see if I could identify the man who bought the clothing from my shop".

"I was asked to remember and picture the man in my mind, and I was told that the photograph of the *man may not be in the photographs that I was about to be shown today." (Photo Q9 was Abdelbaset al Megrahi)

Later in the same meeting:

Tony Gauci: "One of the men (DC Crawford) then handed a card to Mr. Bell. He took brown paper from this card (Production No. DC 839), and the card was placed on the table that I was seated at. I saw that the card was full of photographs of men. (MEBO: without photo Q12 of the libyan CIA defector, Abdul Magjid Giaka!!)

I looked at every photograph on the card, and I counted a total of 12 photographs on the card. The first impression I had was that all the photographs were of men younger than the man who had bought the clothing. I told Mr. Bell this. I was asked to look at all the photographs carefully and to try and allow for any age difference.

I then pointed out one of the photographs, and I later counted the photographs from the top left as number 1 (one), to this photograph at number 8 (eight). I would say that the photograph at number 8 (eight) is similar to the man who bought the clothing. (MEBO: photo number 8= Q14, Abdelbaset al Megrahi).

The hair is perhaps a bit long. The eyebrows are the same. The nose is the same, and his chin and shape of face are the same. The man in the photograph number 8 (eight) is, in my opinion, in his thirty years (30 years). He would perhaps have to look about ten years or more older, and he would look like the man who bought the clothes. It's been a long time now, and I can only say that this photograph number 8 (eight) resembles the man who bought the clothing, but it is younger.

I was asked to sign my name across the top left side of the photograph to indicate that this was a photograph I had identified to the police. I signed the photograph. I also signed the label for the card containing the photographs (Production Label Number DC 839)".

Very strange that Tony Gauci at the same meeting did not recognize the alleged buyer of cloths on Henry Bell's "photo spread", photo on position 8, (Prod. 436 at image 1, photo position 8) = (Mebo photo Q9 = Abdelbaset Al Megrahi). However he did recognize on the photo card of DC Crawford (Prod, no. DC 839 with 12 pictures) the photo number 8= (Mebo photo Q14= Abdelbaset al Megrahi).

Q9

Q14

MEBO: Photograph number 8= (Q14, Abdelbaset al Megrahi) was delivered to the FBI by the Swiss police (Passport visa application 1988).

Gauci: "Mr. Bell wrote down a statement from me. I can only say that of the photographs I have been shown, this photograph number 8 (eight) is the only one really similar to the man who bought the clothing. If he was a bit older, other than the one my brother showed me."

Doubtable investigation methods by Inspector Henry Woods Bell. For example: Excerpt as witness no. 344 in Kamp van Zeist:

CROSS-EXAMINATION BY MR. KEEN:
+++
Q-- Mr. Bell, you've been referred to a number of statements which were taken from Mr. Anthony Gauci, some of which were taken down in your own hand; is that correct? A-- That's correct, sir. Yes.

Q-- And on a number of occasions, Mr. Gauci was invited to sign this statement? A-- That's correct. Q-- And was he invited to sign the statement at the time it was written down by you? A-- Yes. Either on the first day -- he went back to his shop on a second occasion, on the 2nd of September, the Saturday, when we asked him to sign the statement, yes.

Q-- You are aware, then, that the statement taken on the 1st of September 1989 was not signed until the 2nd of September 1989. A-- That's correct. Yes. Q-- And you say that's because you returned to his shop on a second day and then had him sign the statement? A-- Yes. He said he would think things over that night and see if he could recall anything else, so we returned for that reason, to ...

Q-- Did you have Mr. Gauci read the statement before he signed it? A-- No. Mr. Gauci could not read English, and the statement was read out to him. And he signed it. Q-- And in what language was the statement read out to him? A-- In English. Q-- In English... (hi, hi, hi)

Truth and fiction

Truth and fiction in the book "Scotbom", a logbook by FBI Special Agent and Task Force chief, Richard A. Marquise, on "Evidence and the Lockerbie Investigation":
  • > Why does a former FBI Special Agent and Task Force Chief during the still ongoing and unresolved "Lockerbie-affair" (2006-2009) chat about his partly classified investigation fund?

  • > Why did he in his as police logbook camouflaged report manipulate, supress and invent decisive and purposeful background information in the context of the "Lockerbie case"?

  • > Did Richard Marquise act against Libya on behalf of the FBI, CIA or for a "Grey Eminence" and what is the really intention of his book?

  • > What are the consequences for former FBI Special Agent, Richard Marquise, if the Scottish Justiciary, respectively the Scottish High Court revises the judgement against the Libyan Official Abdelbaset al Megrahi as a "Miscarriage of Justice" and Mr. Megrahi is released from prison after beeing incarcerated innocently for nine years?

  • > It would pose the question: "Did Mr. Marquise as Task Force Chief know from the beginning the real circumstances of the Lockerbie bombing and was he instructed to shift the responsibility on Libya?" Marquise's persistent dialogue against Libya, in the BBC film: The Conspiracy files: Lockerbie, confirms this acceptance...

  • > Which truth role played Ex-FBI Special Agent Richard Marquise in the "Lockerbie-Affair"?

A detailed commentary with complements is in progress for publication.

+by Edwin Bollier, MEBO Ltd, Switzerland

After newest proofs, Libya and its official, Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, have the right for truth and justice, immediately. Reminder of an unbelievable precondemnation!

Do not to forget the Daily Press Briefing of the US Department of State no. 168 from Thursday, November 14, 1991, Mr. Boucher:

"Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Again, thank you for your patience and for waiting. I want to run through some basic facts about the bombing Pan Am 103 and how it was organized. I want to make some things clear from the outset: The bombers were Libyan Government intelligence operatives. This was a Libyan Government operation from start to finish."

Spring, 2009:
The Leader of Libya and Chairman of the African Union (AU) Muammar al-Gadhafi seeks to change the reputation of Libya on the world stage. Libya and all other victims in the Lockerbie case wait since years for a clear result in a revised judgement of the Scottish Appeal Justice. Libya and its Official have nothing to do with the PanAm 103 attack.

Documents indicate that originally the CIA and an other western intelligence service planned also to involve Edwin Bollier (MEBO Ltd.) together with Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi into the PanAm 103 plot!

Edwin Bollier was told at the check-in at Tripoli airport that his already booked direct flight with Swissair to Zurich on December 20,1988 was fully booked and he should travel via Malta to Switzerland on the same day - the same flight on which Abdelbaset Al Megrahi was booked (*flight KM 107, on December 20, 1988 from Tripoli to Malta). According to a new statement Megrahi did not know that Bollier was planned to travel on the same flight as he was !

Bollier was suspicious because he didn't see many people on the airport and went to the Swissair Station Manager who told him that there were many empty seats on the Swissair flight to Zurich. So he took the direct flight to Zurich on December 20, 1988. Only Abdelbaset Al Megrahi (alias Ahmed Khalifa Abdusamad) traveled with flight KM 107 from Tripoli to Malta on December 20, 1988.
Therefore Bollier was not in Malta on the same day as Abdelbaset Al Megrahi. The CIA was confronted with a new situation and the same intelligence people decided to involve the station manager of 'Libyan Arab Airways' , Mr. Lamin Khalifa Fhimah, into the complot.

*Al Megrahi was instructed by his boss Ibrahim Bishari to travel to Malta on December 20, 1988 for a security order (not in connection with the bombing of PanAm 103) ...
On September 14, 1997 former foreign minister, Ibrahim Bishari, died in a car crash in Egypt ...

Important Facts, March 24, 2009

Quintessence in the "Lockerbie-Affair":
Magjid Giaka and his chief Dave, Tony Gauci, police officer Harry Bell and other persons in the police corps of the FBI, the Scottish police, the Swiss police and the Federal Bureau of Criminal Investigations BKA were not involved in the attack on PanAm 103 but in the conspiracy to blame Libya for it!!!

In preparation: a comment  about deliberately manipulated and suppressed details in the "Logbook" SCOTBOM, by Richard A. Marquise

The conviction of Megrahi was a product of Libyan defector and CIA-spy Abdul Magjid Giaka and his boss Dave with support from Task Force FBI Special agent, Richard A. Marquise.

The High Court orders further disclosure

Three senior judges yesterday ordered 45 pieces of key evidence to be handed over to the legal team representing the man convicted of the Lockerbie bombing in an embarrassing setback for the Crown Office.

The vital documents include a secret fax that could discredit a key prosecution witness.

Tony Gauci' s spontaneous and unifluenced statements to Scottish police-officer Harry Bell nine months after the PanAm 103 bombing at beginning of September 1989:

"I do not know exactly when I sold the items to the Libyan man, but that sale was made before the Christmas decorations went up at the Tower Road in Sliema;--- I sold the clothing to in November or December 1988; ---it was short light rain on this evening".

After beeing influenced by Harry Bell and having receivede a good payment Tony Gauci's changed his statement as a witness at the court in Kamp van Zeist 11 years later (11th of July 2000):

"With the visit of the Libyan buyer in the Boutiqe 'Mary's House', the Christmas decorations went up;--- the police had said and I had said, the lights were there when they came to buy;--- I sold the clothing in November or December 1988;--- the sale must have been after half past 6:00 in the evening, about a fortnight before Christmas 1988; ---the sale was midweek, Wednesday, I think; ---when he came by the first time, it wasn't raining, but then it started dripping. Not very-- it was not raining heavily. It was simply-- it was simply dripping, but as a matter of fact he did take an umbrella, didn't he? He bought an umbrella".

Tony Gautci and Harry Bell deserve imprisonment for their manipulation of cirustantial evidence that lead to Megrahi's conviction. immediately for 9 years in prison!

THE GAUCI BROTHERS SAGA!

MEBO Investigation of ex Key-Witness 595, Anthony Gauci, Boutique "Mary's House", Sliema Malta.
Edwin and Mahnaz Bollier visited Mr Gauci on the 25th of January 2008 in his Boutique, "Mary's House" at Malta.

At the beginning of September 1989 police officers from Scotland and Malta came to visit the shop "Mary's House" at Malta. They made inquiries (PanAm 103 crash) about items of clothing that a customer had bought from Tony Gauci. The officers spoke also with Gauci's brother Paul.
Tony Gauci did not remember the date but allegedly remembered precisely all the clothes he had sold to a unknown Libyan"?" man...

Notabene: The following differences in Gauci's statements have to be considered:

1) the sale was made before the Christmas decorations went up (at the Tower Road in Sliema);
2) before the Christmas light went up, (or on, or off);
3) they had said (the police officers) the lights were there, when they came to buy.

Gauci's statements on the 14th of September 1989 (with clear *influential talks before on September 1 and 8, 1989, by Scottish police officer Harry Bell)

NB: All interviews from Key Witnesses, was recorded on tape by scottish police.
*Matter of facts at the trial at Kamp van Zeist (11th July, 2000):

+++

Q- Do you remember being asked about that by the police when they came to see you? A- Yes, *they had said. And I had said the lights were there when they came to buy!

+++

In Gauci's first personal interview (beginnig of September 1989, recorded) with Scottish police officer Mr Harry Bell Gauci said: the sale must have been after half past six in the evening, about a fortnight before Christmas 1988.
Allegedly a Libyan citizen bought 2 pieces of Winter trousers label "Yorkie"; 2 pieces of pyjamas, label "John Mallia"; 1 jacket, label "Anglia", manufactured by a company called Bernard. 2 shirts label, "Slalom"; 2 cardigans, fabricated in Tarxien; 1 baby-overall, colour sky-blue and 1 umbrella.

After the PanAm 103 attack, 9 months later by the police visit in his Boutique "Mary's House" at Malta:
Mr. Gauci didn't know exactly when he sold the items to the Libyan "?" man, but he told the police on beginning of September 1989, in one of this interviews: "that the sale was made before the Christmas decorations went up at the Tower Road in Sliema!

Eleven years later: 11th July, 2000 at the court in Camp van Zeist, witness Gauci gave to protocol that with the visit of the Libyan buyer in the Boutiqe "Mary's House": "the Christmas decorations went up"!

Mebo explains: First Mr. Gauci had given a description of to the police, in this he say:
"I sold the clothing to in November or December 1988". Excerpt from Gaucis statement on the 14th September 1989, Production 458.

MEBO: Was the sale before the Christmas decoration, according to Gauci, then the sale was only between 18th November and the 5th December 1988 (start of the lighting)
  • > Why: Prod. 424, which will be shown the delivery note of 20 pairs "Yorkie" trouser to Mary's House, from Yorkie Clothing, was dated from 18th of November 1988.
NB: (the Libyan (?) buyer buy 2 pair of trousers, make "Yorkie")

  • > Gauci say on the court at Kamp van Zeist: A- "the sale was midweek, Wednesday, I think".
Bollier, MEBO determines: We have from 18th November between 5th December, 1988, only two day's of Wednesday; day 23th and day 30th of November.

  • > On Wednesday, 23th November, 1988, Gauci's brother Paul did not work in the Mary's House that afternoon, as he had gone home to watch a football match on television. On Wednesday 23th of November 1988, Radio Televisione Italiana, RAI 1, RAI 2, RAI 3 for exemple channel RAI 3, Dresden Roma. An official report with official signature and stamp is ordered from MEBO Ltd.

  • > MEBO important: Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi, was not in Malta on this time ! (Wednesday 23th of November 1988)

See Gauci's record excerpt by court at Camp Zeist (11 July, 2000) after 11 years, the change:

+++
Q- How long before Christmas, generally, was that? A- I wouldn't know exactly, but I have never really noticed these things, but I remember, yes, there were Christmas lights. They were on already, I'm sure. I can't say exactly. -----

MEBO: *A clear influence from the police officers!

Q- Do you remember being asked about that by the police when they came to see you? A- Yes, *they had said. And I had said the lights were there when they came to buy. Q- Am I right in thinking that you, from the time when the police came first to see you, at the beginning of September, were seen by the police on quite a large number of occasions? A- Yes, they came a lot of times. They used to come on quite often, didn't they. Q- And that would be in the months after they came first to see you, was it? A- Yes.-----

Q- And when you were interviewed by the police on these occasions, was your memory of the sale to the Libyan better than it is now? A- Yes, of course. That is 12 years--11 years after. I mean, 11 years are a long time for me, but in those days I told them everything exactly, didn't?

Q- And if you told them, in one of these interviews, that the sale was made before the Christmas decorations went up, might that be correct? A- I don't know. I'm not sure what I told them exactly about this. I belive they were putting up the lights, though, in those times. Q- But in any event, you explined that explained that you thought it was about a fortnight before Christmas? A- Something like that, yes because I don't remember all these things, do I, when they put the lights on and when they turned them on. I'm not really interested so much because I don't even put decorations, Christmas decorations myself in my shop.
Q- do you remember what the weather was like when the man came to the shop? A- When he came by the first time, it wasn't raining, but then it started dripping. Not very-- it was not raining heavily. It was simply-- it was simply dripping, but as a matter of fact he did take an umbrella, didn't he? He bought an umbrella.-----

MEBO facts: The alleged strange cloths found in Lockerbie for example, the blue baby-overall, from Gauci's Boutique "Mary's House" in Malta is the same manipulation as the remaining manipulated proofs like the MST-13 timer fragment and the invented infiltration of a bomb-bag on AirMalta, flight KM-180, by Mr Abdelbaset Al Megrahi!

Determining central proofs:
On the feeder flight PA-103/B from Frankfurt to London-Heathrow not one Samsonite suitcase - the alleged bomb suitcase, from AirMalta, flight KM-180 to PanAm flight PA-103/B - was loaded, but provable 3 unknown and unaccompanied luggage items from Lufthansa, flight LH-631 from Kuwait, ex tray no. B-4809, B-6001, B-7418; and demonstrable: MST-13 timer delivered from MEBO Ltd to Libya two years before the Lockerbie-tragedy was not involved in the PanAm 103 attack!

NB: The blue baby-overall was not even tested for explosive residues, and Gauci could not show the police a delivery note or a invoice for the baby-overall in this time!
The "subversively" use of an blue baby-overall was developed from Swiss telephone conversation monitoring, December 14-22, 1988 between Bollier and Mr. Ali, a driver in Tripoli and have nothing to do with the PanAm 103 attack! (It concerned Ali's order of a blue baby-overall, size for its 1.5-2 year old for his baby son.)
As the Scottish police officer, Mr.Bell, visited the shop "Mary's House", at 14th of September 1989, there was no baby-overalls on stock.

Further documentation showed that as early as 1989, an FBI agent had advised a Scottish police officer that US$10,000 could be made available in relation to relocation.
A record by one officer read that Paul Gauci was also interviewed, and that "it was apparent when speaking to him he has a clear desire to gain financial compensation".

It is to examine whether in Gauci's statement no. 458, of the 14th September 1989, was recorded the blue baby-overall ?
The blue Baby-Overall was found at Lockerbie after Bollier's police interview in Zurich (autumn 1990) and became additional integrated into the other clothings of Mr. Gauci's "Mary House". Bollier could select by Scottish Police between 5 different blue Baby-Overalls...
(The Interview obout this facts was recorded on 2 tape's, by Scottish Police, Scotland, March 1991)

A doubtful statement made Gauci in the court, Kamp van Zeist (11th July, 2000). Excerpt:

+++
Q- Mr Gauci, Would you look at an item of clothing, Label No.459, please. Do you recognise Label 459? A- It's underwear, T-shirt. Q- What make is it? A- It's Abanderado make. Q- Did you, in 1988, stock T-shirts of that kind? A- Yes. Yes. When I sold this one, I didn't sell T-shirts. Perhaps sombody else was there. I never sold him a T-shirt. Q- You never sold the Libyan gentlemen a T-shirt? A- On that day, no. On that particular order, no, that we are talking about, no. He could have come another day.
+++

MEBO question: At which other date and at which other buyer bought these T-shirts "Abanderado" make, with Gauci ? And how come that T-shirt "Abanderado", into possession of the Scottish police? Lead this T-shirt on the trace of the person, who put the clothes of Gauci down in Lockerbie scene?
Since demonstrably no suit-case with air Malta KM-180 in Frankfurt airport was reloaded on the feeder flight PanAm, PA-103/B, it can be accepted in all probability that fragments of the clothes of Mary' s House, in Lockerbie with intention were put down.

Various Facts
Prod. 424, which will be shown the delivery note, and it identifies 20 pairs of trousers, for "order" 1705, total 118 "Yorkie" trousers delivered to Mary's House, from Yorkie Clothing, dated 18th November 1988. Also Gauci say on police statement, he sold the clothing to in November or December 1988.
It confirms that Abu Talb, Mohammad, PPSF, PFLP-GC, could not buy "Yorkie" trousers chronological. It was traveled on 26th October 1988 from Malta back to Sweden.

Starting from August 1990, definitive a wrong date was created (7th December, 1988) in order to identify Abdelbaset al Megrahi as buyer of the cloth's in "Mary's House":

After another police interview with Gauci in Malta at the 31th August 1990, the date was specified. Question: Q- Mr Gauci, are you able to say which day of the week it was? A- No, I have no idea. I can't say. I have

The day of the sale of clothes, estimated by Gauci's "Mary's House", was in the middle of the week, that would be on Wednesday 23th or 30th November or Wednesday 7th of December 1988.
Mr. Gauci had given a description of to the police, in this he say: "I sold the clothing to in November or December 1988". Excerpt from Gaucis statement on the 14th September 1989, Production 458.

Dubious, on the same day, Wedensday 7th of December 1988, as Mr Megrahi arrived in Malta, the police provides a Robot-image from the buyer of the sale of clothes by Gauci... (Ref. Swiss police)

Published by police: A Robot-Image (drawing) of the Libyan man who has purchased clothings and a umbrella in the alleged date, Wednesday 7th December 1988, with the shop keeper Tony Gauci (Mary's House) showed in all probability the Libyan CIA spy, Giaka Abdul al Magjid, not Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi.
The date was deliberate manipulated from Wednesday 23th November, to 7th December 1988!
Notabene: Megrahi was only on 7th-9th Decembers in Malta, not on 23th November 1988.

What was the real reason for fabricating a Robot drawing on 7th December 1988, of the Libyan man who has purchased clothings and a umbrella in "Mary's House"? Was Giaka with the Robot photo extorted? This makes of sense...
In the context the clothes purchase by a Libyan in Malta refers to a conspiracy against Libya!
The main witness in the Lockerbie Trial, was the Libyan secret service defector Gjiaka, met CIA agents in Malta 12 times before the PanAm 103 bombing!
Abdul Magjid Giaka, currently in the Witness Protection Programme in the United States, was witness no. 684 in trail at Kamp van Zeist 2000.
For some weeks (2009) the Robot drawing with Googles, Yahoo and BBC (images) was removed…
Compares the original photo of Abdul Magjid Giaka with the Robot drawing by MEBO. (Prod. Q12 and Q13)
NB: Giaka received from the CIA for his "subversive" work, 1989, total US$13'000!

4-Bilder

The portrait on the police robot drawing Q12 is to 90% identically with Abdul Magjid Giaka, an Libyan CIA defector, since August 1988...

The same robot drawing Q12 WANTED, is published in the book SCOTBOM: "Evidence and the Lockerbie Investigation", of FBI Specially Agent (Task Force) Richard A. Marquise, with the following text: "FBI artist rendition of the Libyan man said to have purchased clothing and an umbrella in December 1988".

The suspect Crown witness in the Lockerbie Trial, was the Libyan secret service defector for CIA, Abdul Magjid Giaka. Ex Witness no. 684 in Kamp van Zeist.

Meetings continued with his CIA agent in safe houses and the Embassy at Malta, one day before of the Lockerbie Bombing 21th December 1988, and after the bombing on March 1989...

After PanAm 103 crash on March 1989, Mr Giaka Magjid were putting pressure on him from his CIA handlers, to give them more information about Megrahi's arrival on 20th December 1988 at Luqa airport, Malta.

The most serious allegation against the accused Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi, was that Giaka claimed that he had seen Megrahi on December 20th at Luqa Airport bringing from Tripoli a Samsonite luggage identical to the one in which the bomb that destroyed Pan Am 103 was hidden. However, the CIA cable "T17" reveals that during the afternoon of December 20th, 1988, Giaka was reporting to his CIA handler in Malta??

MEBO clears up: Giaka's dubious statement does not correspond to the time, because Megrahi with MaltaAir, flight KM107, arrived in the evening around 18:00 clock at Luqa Airport!

Giaka had looked at the visa picture (delivered by Swiss police) identified by Gauci. He said it was Abdelbaset al Megrahi.
Giaka had also looked at *Fhimah's diary. He translated the arabic text written in it. Desisive exemple: "take tags from the airport; Abdelbaset, Abdul Salam" which could be a reference to Megrahi and the bomb-case. Giake, on this time said, neither Fhimah nor Megrahi had any business whit luggage tags as they were only supposed to be placed on bag by MaltaAir.

*A product of it were Fhimah' s notes in its note book:
The diary of Lameen Fhima- MEBO, published end of 1991: what does it really say?

Discussions have been made as to the diary of Lameen Khalifa Fhimah, that FBI "pointed found" at the premises of Fhima´s travel company in Malta.
Below is a copy of Fhima's diary entry, dated December 1988. The Crown alleges that this entry shows how Fhimah reminded himself of getting Air Malta tags on the same day as Abdelbaset Megrahi arrived from Zurich.

In the US indictment No. 91-0645, page 11, the Americans wrote:
"On or about December 15th, 1988, Lamen Fhimah made the following entries in his diary:
"Abdelbaset is coming from Zurich with Salvu....and "take taggs (sic) from Air Malta." On or about December 15th, 1988, Lamen Fhimah made an additional entry in the "Notes" section of his diary: "bring the tags from the airport (Abdelbaset Abdul Salam". ok.
But as it turned out, the American prosecution took the entries out from their original context!

MEBO, published end of 1991: What do the diary entries really say? This is the Arabic translation.
A copy of the diary entry from Fhimah's diary (appendix no. 58) - all labels (text no.) are brought together by a bowed line in the end of their message, made by Fhimah

Text no. 1: 8. 30 in the morning with the owner of the shop Valetta - OK
Text no. 2: Abdelbaset coming from Zurich

Text no. 3: With Salvu (or Salva)
1) Postbox
2) Half of aluminium price
3) Priority after 4 years (sellor rent)

Text no. 4: X (cross) take TAGGS from Air Malta - OK

Nothing at all in this entry has anything to do with Pan Am 103, as alleged by the prosecution. The tags from Air Malta were taken by Fhimah in order to provide the shop owner in Valetta with some specimen for a production of new tags. Fhimah planned to print his own tags for the travel company. It happened that on this day Megrahi was arriving, and Fhimah made a note about it, in order to know what flight Megrahi was arriving on. Later Fhima reminded himself to check on a business friend, named Salvu.

In addition to the attendance of Giaka, there was another individual, who had introduced him to the United States Embassy in Malta, who initially acted as interpreter and subsequently as a source of information.
The CIA is protecting the identity this person who is identified in the
*cables as "T1". In my opinion the identity should be disclosed. The person who lives in the St.Paul's Bay area and the name appeared on the first witness list released with the first indictment. As the address, the Maltese Police Headquarters was given. Then after a protests, the identity was protected!

Mr Giaka received the following sums from the CIA, part cash, part via his bank account at Switzerland in his name:
1989: US$ 13,000; 1990: US$20'000; 1991: US$26'000; and 1992: US$26,000 again.

*over 25 CIA cables Malta-USA about "material" (information and orders) from Giaka between August 1988 and 14th September 1991, when Giaka spirited aboard the USS Navy Vessel "Butte" and given asylum. In Giaka's first statement to the police, he does not remember if he worked on the 21th December 1988 when there was remember if he worked on the 21th when there was the Air Malta flight, KM180 to Frankfurt, the day that the prosecutors are saying that the bomb was sent from Malta Airport. But he used to work three times a week and he thinks form the roster he was there on that day.

Giaka says that he never saw Fhimah near the ticketing or the check in counter. Giaka told the CIA that once Fhimah in March 1986 opened a cupboard in Libyan Arab Airlines Office and showed him a beige coloured cartoon box and told him that that was 8 kilograms of TNT. Giaka told them that Fhimah told him that Al Megrahi gave it to Fhimah. Giaka says that there was "enough explosive to explode all of Malta" Quote from questionable statement, fiction...

On 7th-9th December 1988 were others than, Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi, in Malta; the following Agents against Megrahi (ESO) and Libya in Malta:
  • > Abd Al Majid, Giaka (aka Majid, Abdul Al) CIA agent. Giaka was official in the solde for CIA and lives since in the middle of 1991 under new intentität in the USA... Giaka worked at Luqa Airport between August 1988 and September 1989.

  • > Badri, Mohammed, Hassan, (ABH). Traveled after the visit to Malta for a doubtful *order back to Zurich Switzerland. *(delivered on 16th December 1988, piece of clothes filled into a brown suit-case to MEBO Ltd., with the request to Bollier to carry for a friend, forward this suit-case for its journey on 18th December 1988 to Tripoli. (The brown suit-case was not a "Samsonite" make, and the clothes were not identically with clothes found in Lockerbie)

Documents discussed at the Court of Criminal Appeal in Edinburgh 18th-20th Februar 2009 revealed that Tony Gauci, the Crown's key witness in the case, should receive US$2m while his brother - described in papers as having some influence over Tony - should receive US$1m ?

Mr. Bell, the scottish police officer, sel a number of the same "Yorkie" pairs of trousers. (Zeist: Prod. 181, photograph 125, 181-103, 110, 111, Label 441, 442 photograph 103, 104 (delivery number 1705).
A number of fragments of cloth from a pair of checked trousers found allegedly in Lockerbie, shows photograph 107.

The sudden recollection Gauci' s after 11 years, to trial in Kamp van Zeist: The buyer of clothes in Marys House's was for Gauci, Abdelbaset al Megrahi...

By the beginning of 1990, eleven months before police showed Gauci the photo of Abdelbaset al Megrahi, on 15 February 1991, Gauci volunteered for police that his brother had shown him a newspaper photo of a Palestinian terrorist named Mohammed Abu Talb.
Abu Talb had been convicted in the 1985 bombing of a Northwest Airlines office in Copenhagen. In that earlier statement, according to the police transcript, Gauci said:

"I think the photograph in the newspaper may have been the man who bought the clothing. He looks like him." (Photo Q11)

The court in Kamp van Zeist regarded Gauci's police statement about Abu Talb, apparent as negligible... (is missing)

In photos with Megrahi's portrait, which Gauci was already shown by the police in the autumn 1990, Gauci not recognized Mr. Megrahi as the buyer of clothes!

Trial at Kamp van Zeist (2000) excerpt:
+++
---Q- Mr Gauci, we've been discussing a number of occasions in 1989 and 1990 when you had looked at various photographs. Do you agree with that? A- Yes. Photographs at the police heatquarters, I mean. (at Malta) Q- Now, I wonder if you could have before you again Production 469. And if you could turn to page 7 of this statement. And if I can remind you that this was a statement-- sorry, do you have the statement in front of you now? A- Yes, I do.

Q- Turn to page 7, please. And if I remind you that this was a statement taken on the 10th of September 1990, on page 7, at line 11 of the page, the police have noted you as saying: I have been shown many photographs over the last ear, but I have never seen a photograph of the man who bought the clothing. And when you said that in September of 1990, was that the truth?

A- Yes, at that time, that was what I thought it was. I saw that in photos, and... Q- If we move now to the beginning of 1991, and if you have before you Production 470, do you see that Production 470 is a further statement taken from you, dated 15/2/1991? And do see that you have signed the pages of this statement at the bottom? A- Yes.

Q- If I may read it to you, it says: On Friday, 15 Februar 1991, I attended at police headquarters, Florina, in Malta. Inspector Scicluna had asked me to come into the police office, and I agreed to come at 1.00 p.m. I arrived at the police office about 1.10 p.m. and I met Mr. Scicluna and Mr. Bell. I was then introduced to two other men, DC Crawford and SA Reid. I was told by Bell that he wanted me to look at a few photographs in an attempt to see if I could identify the man who bought the clothing from my shop. I was asked to try and picture the man in my mind, and I was told that the photograph of the man many not be in the photographs that I was about to be shown today.

One of the men, DC Crawford, then handed a card to Mr. Bell. He took brown paper from this card, and the card was placed on the table that I was seated at. I saw that the card was full of photographs of men. Could we have on the screen, please, Production 436. And do we see on the screen, Mr. Gauci, a card containing photograghs of 12 persons? Do you see that? A- Yes.

Q- The statement goes on to say: I looked at every photograph on the card, and I counted a total of 12 photographs on card. The first impression I had was that all the photographs werde of men younger than the man who bought the clothing. I told Mr. Bell this. I was asked to look at all the photographs carefully and to try and allow for any age difference I then pointed out one of the photographs, and I later counted the photographs from left as number I to the photograph at number 8.

I would say that the photograph at number 8 is similar to the man who bougt the clothing. The hair is perhaps a bit long. The eybrows are the same. The nose is the same. And his chin and shape of face are the same. The man in the photograph number 8 is, in my opinion, in his thirty years. He would perhaps have to look about then years or more older, and he would look like the man who bought the clothes.

It's been a long time now, and I can only say that this photograph 8 resembles the man who bought the clothing, but it is younger. I was asked to sign my name across the top left side of the photograph to indicate that this was the photograph Ihad identified to the police. I signed the photograph. I also signed a label for the card containing the photographs.
And if we pause there, if you look at the card, do you see that in the centre line of photographs, the card at the right-hand end-- the photograph at the right-hand end has your signature in the corner? Do you see that? A- Yes. Yes.

Q- Is that the photograph to which you had been reffering? A- Yes.
Q- The statement goes on to say: Mr. Bell wrote down the statement for me. I can only say that of all the photographs I have been shown, this photograph number 8 is the only one really similar to the man who bought the clothing, if he was a bit older, other than the one my brother showed me. And what you said about this photograph in this statement at the time, was that the truth? A- Yes, I have signed it, too. Yes, number 8.

Q- and when you said that this was the only one really similar to the man bought the clothing, if he was a bit older, other than the one my brother showed me, is that also the trut? A- Of course. He didn't have such long hair, either. His hair wasn't so large.
+++

NB. MEBO determines: On DC Crawford's card, Prod. 436, by the photographs of 12 persons, was no picture from Abdul Magjid Giaka, the Libyan CIA defector! At all photo demonstrations with Gauci, the picture by, Abdul Magjid, was suppressed !!!

Most photos of Abdelbaset Al Megrahi were from visa existence of the Swiss stranger police and was delivered to US and Scottish investigation authorities. To mention, the portrait color photo is, from Mr. Abdelbaset Ali Mohmet Al-Megrahi, with eyeglas, light blue shirt, dark-blue tie and dark-blue smock. This portrait was likewise published into magazines.

Beginning 1999 an other shopkeeper in the Tower Road showing Gauci a magazine with the portrait and a article and the about the Lockerbie disaster. (Prod. 451, image 67). Gauci taking the magazine and showing it to Mr Scicluna, the police officer. Gauci recognise the photograph and he say: "I thought he looked like the man who bought from me, but his hair was much shorter and he didn't wear glasses; this chap looks like the man who bought articles from me".
In April of 1999 Gauci visit with scottish police officers Holland, for a view an identification parade.
Intentional influence by the police officer before the parade exhibition.
Excerpt, trail Kamp van Zeist:

Q- And when you came to Holland to view the identification parade, did a police officer ask you to look at a line-up of men? A- Yes. Q- How many men were the parade? A- I think I remember there were eight. I don't remember if there were eight or six, but I believe there were eight. Q- wery well. And do you remember the police officer who was conducting the parade saying to you these words: "The man whom you referred to in your statement to police entered your shop premises, Mary's House, 63 Tower Road, Sliema, Malta, midweek prior to 10th December 1988, and purchased clothin and an umbrella, may or may not be here. But if you see him, tell me his number." Q- Do you remember the police officer saying these words to you? A- Yes. Q- And after the police officer had said these words to you, did you look at the men in the line-up? A- Yes, I looked and told him. I said, "This case was 11 years ago. I believe that the man who came to my--in my shop is number 5. But I also added that the case was 11 years ago. This is what I said.-------
please, Production 1324, image 5110.

Q- And can you see a paragraph number 4 towards the bottom of the page? A- Yes. Q- And we can see that the police offer has written in the words that you spoke in response to the question that you were asked. And does it appear that he has written: Not exactly the man I saw in the shop then years ago. I saw him, but the man who look a little bit like exactly is the number five. Do you remember saying those words? A- Yes. I think it was number five. Q- Mr. Gauci, I wonder if now you would take a moment to look around this courtroom and tell me if you see the man who bought the clothing in your shop in 1988 in court here today. A- He is the men on this side. He resembles him a lot. On this side, on my side.
Mebo: Gauci showed to Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi...
+++

MEBO's backround Profiler says:
Gauci was instrumental in securing Megrahi’s conviction when he recognized the suspect in a photo shown to him by the detectives.

All indications: the point in time, midweek on November or December 1988, the little rain around 19:00 hour, the umbrella sale, no Christmas decoration up, on the Tower Road, on this date and the football match on this time, after end of the football play, 18:44 hour Paul Gauci went before 19 hour to its brother Tony Cauci into the Boutique Mary's House.
Also this fact agrees with the date, Wedensday, 23th November 1988, confirms:
The sale to a unknown buyer in "Mary's House" was on Wedensday 23th November 1988. The other date, 7 of December is, no doubt's, wrong and thus Megrahi cannot be the cloths buyers !
NB: Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi, was not in Malta on 23th November 1988.

Each defense attorney would have with this quantity of exonerating indications the victory in the bag...

Today must be proceeded from a western planned security service conspiracy against Libya! The official Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi was unmistakable selected for this dirty Action! Fatal consequences for Mr Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, because Gauci's wrong statements and of a Phantom Bomb-Bag from Malta!

Justice for Megrahi.
Mr Abdelbaset have nothing to do with the Lockerbie-Tragedy. This has been a huge miscarriage of justice. Mr. Megrahi should be released from prison immediately!

Apology for the bad English

Open letter to Tony Gauci

Zurich, March 12, 2009 English translation

Dear Mr Tony Gauci

Additionally to our call from Saturday I sent you as promised the following documents and fotos for expertise.
This letter is not an accusation for your testimony against Mr Abdelbaset al Megrahi at Kamp van Zeist.
It is obvious that your statement was influenced by the official investigation and yours and others testimony was turned around against the defendant.
I have already visited you twice in your Boutique "Marys House" concerning this case, last time in early 2008. We are private investigators (MEBO) in the Lockerbie-case and had the same problems with the investigation authorities as you had.
As I have told you the new appeal for Mr Abdelbaset al Megrahi will take place on April 27, 2009 in Edinburgh Scotland, (Photo Q14). In at least six points Abdelbasset al Megrahis second appeal was refered to the High Court because of a possible miscarriage of Justice.
Today it is obvious that the photo from Magjid Giaka was not shown to you by police officer, Harry Bell, so you could not compare it with other persons. So you could only give an unappropriate description of the buyer who bougt clothes in your shop on Dezember 7, 1988.
Your description of the buyer of the clothes had fatal consequences for Mr Megrahi. He was jailed for 27 years and sits until today, probably innocent, since 9 years in a Scottisch prison !

Today it can be shown that the purchase of the clothes did not take place on Dezember 7, but on November 23, 1988 ! All indications point to this date. Mr Megrahi was not in Malta on November 23, therefore he can not be the buyer.
It looks like you and other persons have been used for political macchinations in the Lockerbie case.
Today we know that the buyer was the Libyan CIA agent Abdul Majgid Giaka, who was since August 1988 on the payroll of the CIA and had received in 1991 political asylum in the USA and lives there under a new identity.
For comparison I sent you the photo of Magjid Giaka (Q13) who most probably bought the clothes. This photo was deliberately not shown to you by police officer Harry Bell !
You find the following pictures attached: a robot drawing (Q12); a photo (Q13) of Giaka Magjid; a photo (Q11) of Abu Talb; and a photo (Q14), of *Abdelbaset al Megrahi (*Visafoto (1988) from the Swiss police).
Dsiputable remains why the robot drawing (Q12) of the alleged buyer of the clothes was drawn during the same days when Mr Megrahi was in Malta (Dezember 7-9, 1988) !
At the police questionings you, Mr Gauci, have always explained that Mr. Megrahi looked similar to the buyer of the clothes. Probably you was not 100 percent sure yourself?
I can only hope today that with God's help you will recognize the real buyer of the clothes on photo (Q13). Your statement as witness against Mr Megrahi, father of five children, has great importance at the High Court in Edinburgh and is decisive if Mr Megrahi gets his freedom and honour back ...

With kind regards
Edwin and Mahnaz Bollier, MEBO Ltd, Zurich, Switzerland
